Day 22 - One of the ways to get amazing TUT is with a Pause (Static Hold). We kick that up a notch by adding a drop set BEFORE the 30 second static hold. This one is MIND over Matter. Can you hold the pause? Let us know in the comments!

Wow. I was setting up for another set and I noticed you were wrapping up. Where does the time go when you're working those biceps. This was definitely the hardest challenge yet. Holding under tension for thirty seconds is a killer.

Drop sets? I love drop sets but not this one so much. So tried using my curl bar and the first time that center ring came zipping around the bar and whacked my ... er... well you get the picture. Anyway after getting whacked and went to free bands. After golf, then Chiseled and now toasted arms, I am ready for a sit down and coffee.

I really love your product, but you’re exercises should focus on eccentric slow instead of doing the sets really fast.
Actually you need to do ALL TYPES OF reps. Sometimes we do slow eccentric or slow concentric. Try the other episodes.
