      I've been wanting to do this one for a long time as we show these 3 choices often as we work with our customers to help them decide if this sized tractor is right for their needs. Hopefully it helps others learn the differences and find the best tractor for their needs. Thanks for commenting!

      That has been requested. The 2600H market is growing and that would be a good addition to the line-up.

      Unfortunately the 2600H is only available in Open Station but there are two alternatives. Similar Small Chassis Size Tractor the 2800M offers a Cab Version or the larger Large Chassis Utility like the 4707 is offered in a Cab Version .

    I wouldn't trade my 2607 for ether of the other two, shes very strong and good on fuel. Only thing it dose not have is the cab option. The other thing is it was cheaper to by my 2607 74 horse then it was to buy the 2700 45 horse or 57. This is because up here in Ont Canada anything over 60 hp there is no tax on it and if you buy any implements with the tractor as long as they are hooked up at the dealer to the tractor there is no tax on them ether. So as you like to say I got more for less lol. Cheers from Canada. Oh and Ps she can lift two large square bails at once if needed too.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  Před 4 lety

      Understand. That is a good reason to step up to larger tractor for tax benefits. Probably paid for itself or close. That is one thing we don't have to worry about in Missouri with our customers but can see why. Thanks for commenting and share some video of your Massey farming your world. We love seeing others get use their tractors!

      As long as the weight don't exceed the lifting capacity and axle capacity you can do it.

    I have a Massey 393. The loader is currently running off the 2 rear remotes. I’d like to be able to use the rear remotes while the loader is on. Is it possible to put a joystick on it so I can use the remotes?

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  Před 4 lety

      You can add a Joystick and Loader Valve and tap into the Tractors Hydraulic System and free up the rear remotes. Your looking at $1500 to $2000 Range on the low side for the parts plus labor to install. It can be done.

    Great video
    Any tractor that has a hydrostatic transmission is an over glorified lawn mower. It is the "manbun" of tractors.
    My suggestion would be, learn how to operate a tractor. Its a piece of machinery...not a lownmower!
    Power shuttle or a Synchro shuttle is the only way to go, it will outpull the hydrostat by 300%.

    • @VahrenbergImplement
      @VahrenbergImplement  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Hydrostats do require more Horsepower to Operate but the infinite speeds makes it a great alternative to gear transmissions. Really depends on the uses and operators experience with Gear Transmission and how much speed options you need. Your looking at less than 5% on average difference in loss in PTO HP with a Hydrostat over a Gear Transmission. Gear Transmission benefit it returning to the same speed whereas the Hydro is variability of speed. Good thing Massey Ferguson gives you a choice between Hydro and Gear in the most all of the Hydro models to match the customers needs and wants.

    • @pmaint1
      @pmaint1 Před 8 měsíci +2

      @ mainbearing. That couldn't be further from the truth. That's an ignorant statement. The last transmission you want is anything you need to shift when doing loader work.
