Thanks for the reply. No I did not do anything with the machine at all other than unfold it, take it out and start cutting. Thank you for providing this link. Never knew I had to do anything to the clutches prior to using it. Sure wish the dealer had mentioned that.

Understand. Any slip clutch on any machine should be slipped before use. It's in the operators manual and there are several tips on preparing machine for use. But the manual often never gets read, but there is some great information that can save you unnecessary expense. Hope it helps reduce future unnecessary expenses for you.

It is a Dogbone Style Stump Jumper. The Angles on the Blade Carrier lift the cutter up and over stumps or other obstructions on the ground. Dogbone style is easier to keep in balance versus round pan style which leads to less vibration and longer gear box life. Why RhinoAG now offers 10 Year Gearbox Warranty starting in 2024. SynchroShuttles are great choice. We sell lots of them at our dealership. Current have 1825E, 1835E & 1840E all in Synchroshuttle.

All NEW tractors above 25 engine HP are going to have engine controllers. You would need to look at GC Series or 1526 to find a tractor without engine controller. We have had very little issues with Engine Controllers on the Massey Ferguson Tractors we have sold. Great thing with electronic engine controllers is they can reduce fuel consumption as they only use the amount of fuel you need for the task and injected at the exact right time to provide better power and performance.

Hoses are not rotten on this tractor. It was presold when the video was taken and customer has had zero issues with the hoses on this tractor.

120 PTO HP is recommended for the RB4180V Round Baler when making 4'x6'. 1000PTO for 4'x5' Silage Bales with Cutter and max travel speed.

1842S should be global balers but not sure what they are selling to India. Check with your local dealer or Massey Ferguson India. We are a dealer in North America.

Mid PTO is an Optional add on and 72" Mid Mower is Optional for 1835M & 1840M Models.

Horsepower is normal rated on flat dry, firm ground. Personally like to see more than bare minimum HP to run the machine then have enough for tractor to pull up hills. I would probably look at the TS10 or TS12 and have plenty of HP to adequately run the machine then plenty for the tractor too.

These are beast of a Cutter and been very good for us.

We are not a Woods Dealer so have no information on their Quick Hitches. But most Cat 1 Quick Hitches will not work with cross drilled hitch balls. Cat 2 Quick Hitch will we sell from Worksaver.

2015 the 5700SL was the First Generation and then replaced in 2018 by the 5700S. Easiest was to tell is the Hood Decal. Side Decal has Big "S" Model Number at Front of Decal versus Below the Massey Ferguson Name. And New Bold Transmission Type Decal. Depends on the Package the original 5700SL Classic Package was 540/540 Economy as base equipment Deluxe was 540.540 Economy/1000. It could be optioned either way when dealer ordered.

If you need more Horsepower the 2607H is 74 Engine versus the 1835M which is 35 engine HP. Mainly depends on equipment and how you are using the tractor and your needs. Both are great models for us.

I personally have not done this but I would kill the grass with round-up or similar product and then any blade designed will scrap the dead grass and leave bare soil. Personally a Grading scraper or Box Blade can help collect the residue to remove it and help level. But a Grader Blade can cut the grass off too.

I would recommend the DM246 Farmer (7' 11" Cut) since it only needs 50 PTO HP which allows for extra HP for contours. Probably mow faster speed with DM246 versus DM287 with a 4608 Tractor.

Thanks for watching and commenting. There are lots of differences in Cutters and understanding what you need to look for will help you find the best for your needs.

Since 3 Point Hitch Systems do not have down pressure the implements like box blades follow the ground contours and can float up if riding over a ridge. That is why Weight is very important in selecting the right 3 Point Implements...too light and they will just bounce and do no work. You have to match the implements to the tractor to get the best performance of both items.

First Question is What kind of Net Wrap you are using there is a wide variety of qualities of Net Wrap and it makes a huge difference is reliability of the Net System. IF you only have 10 bales and having concern, best thing is to contact your local dealer you purchased from and have them come take a look.

Rasspe has been building knotters for 190 years and like many companies continually improves product to increase performance & reliability. AGCO has been using the Rasspe knotter for International Market Balers and all 1842 (16" x 18") and 1844S (3 String) Balers. Availability and Reliability where key reasons to use the Rasspe Knotter for the 1842S.

And having Consistent, Shape, Size and Density bales will make any Accumulator work better. Thanks to the Accumulator Manufacturers they help sell more Massey Ferguson HESSTON inline Square Balers.

Operator Manual states 50 PTO HP Minimum (Normally based on Flat Dry Ground). Our Marketing Materials Recommend 80 PTO HP.

Cat 3 Hitch but comes with Cat 2 & Cat 3 Balls. Can do both.

Did you use the Permatran 821 PLUS Fluid? CVT requires PLUS which is heavier weight base oil than Hydraulics uses. If it worked fine before then you changed fluids...I would question the fluid.

There is Throttle Cable that goes from Throttle Lever/Handle to the Injection Pump that controls fuel flow and engine speed. I would look at Cable and linkage to the Throttle Lever and Attachment to Engine. It's mechanical auto throttle so it can be in that area too.
