I’m surprised they went back to the raspy knotter they had that on my old case IH 8530 I had nothing but problems with it. My Heston 4590 has a different type of otter much better.

Rasspe has been building knotters for 190 years and like many companies continually improves product to increase performance & reliability. AGCO has been using the Rasspe knotter for International Market Balers and all 1842 (16" x 18") and 1844S (3 String) Balers. Available in india ? I have 1840 , but facing more choaking problem while baling sugarcane trash. Single fork is the biggest problem creater, when it returns back pick up pushed more straw behind the fork. Fork should be run like 360 rotation, like in 1842 .

1842S should be global balers but not sure what they are selling to India. Check with your local dealer or Massey Ferguson India. We are a dealer in North America.

Operator Manual states 50 PTO HP Minimum (Normally based on Flat Dry Ground). Our Marketing Materials Recommend 80 PTO HP.
