Great drills. What is the recommended time for Soleus stretch on each side?

Can you get that soleus stretch dropping your heels off a stair-step?

Somewhat, but that will mostly focus on the calf muscle. By bending the knee it disengaged the calf allowing more focus on the soleus

@@bodycraftersinc Thanks. I seem to have a lot of difficulty below the knee. Gastroc, but that's improving, anterior tibialis is horrible, always sore, plantar fascia. I'm looking at your stretches...

@@trleith do you have drills for anterior tib? Plantar fascia?

@@bodycraftersinc I discovered the hamstring stretch where you lie on your back and stick your leg up in the air straight as you can, holding it up with your hands. If I flex my foot towards my face and hold it, I can feel a stretch on my plantar facia. I figure this gives me a two-fer. It sort of hurts while I'm doing it -- I can't hold it very long. I can feel it for quite awhile afterwards too so I think it's a decent stretch but I haven't applied a lot of force. No other hamstring/gastroc stretch seems to do this, not even the heels hanging off the stair thing. Don't really know why. I haven't come up with anything for the anterior tib. I had the impression it' was always fighting my gastroc and that's why it's sore all the time -- at least that's what my untutored brain has come up with. It never really stops hurting. Ever. Getting the gastroc to kinda relax hasn't helped, so I'm starting to think about it on its own.

Can't believe this guy is running a grinder with sandals on his feet.
