    I have had two major back surgeries, the last a fusion, these look like helpful stretches for an old man that would like to be able to improve my body and golf game, thanks!

    I have had both hips replaced. I think this could work. I am going to try this carfully for a week and report back.

    Does this help "separate" the pelvis and torso?
