The name of the achievement in the goat simulator easter egg: "sandcastles in the sand" could be a reference to the episode "Sandcastles in the Sand" of the sitcom How I Met Your Mother and it's infamous Robin Sparcklez song with the same name
It also says Enter Sandman which is a reference to Metallica's song under the same name.
Also the spongebob episode
S3 EPI16 to be specific of How I Met Your Mother.

I feel like the first easter egg was a two for the price of one considering there was a super mario easter egg to the left as you approached the vault door
also, the tapping of the frogs feet is the battletoads pause theme from NES. A game where you play as toads in a sewer.
Yeah, I believe the frog game is packed with easter eggs that reference other games and media, you can even get costumes that reference other media, for example there's an outfit that is supposed to be a Ninja Turtle :p

That dark souls Easter egg is even cooler bc it references a specific boss battle from dark souls 3 called “the abyss watchers”, there’s 3 of them and when you walk into the arena they spawn out of the ground in that exact same way. Such a cool reference to one of the best boss fights in souls games imo
The castles in the sand and enter sandman feels like it is a reference to the songs of the same name. Castles in the Sand by Thunder and Enter Sandman by Metalica.
Sandcastles in the sand is a reference to a song in How I Met Your Mother.
Mr. Sandman is also a boxer in the punch out series.

The de_dust2 is not actually a reference to cs:go, but instead classic cs 1.6, as it even has the same crate textures

In the Simpsons RoadRage for the Ps2 if you play the game on certain holidays you can play as a special playable character ex. Today (Thanksgiving) you can play as Marge in a Canynaro with turkey(blue hat) with a bib that says help! Also on the side of the SUV it says Happy Thanksgiving!
Was playing it today it was a nice surprise, I miss the days when games had this feature and not had to have “updates” for a holiday event.
I just finished goat simulator. The amount of game references and movie references are insane. One of my fav is on the left side of the map there is an area called "Quiet Hill" inside is a P.T remake. In the lava part of the mountain, there is a lord of the rings reference with an Eye of Sauran pickup and you can enter an area where you can throw the ring, another with a major spoiler to the games ending is a Super Mario reference but you need to beat the gama first. There is wayyy more but thats for you to find.
How can you finished goat simulator ?
@@grenouillesupreme If you do enough events it unlocks a door in the goat castle where you can beat a final boss that unlocks a special goat that lets you place random blocks everywhere

I did that goat simulator 3 sandcastle quest last night, the game is just filled with references and Easter eggs to just about everything I love it, even the descriptions of the items are sometimes references, it’s just a really fun game and keep up the amazing work Cap!!!
Pretty sure the biggest reason cyberpunk got a massive rise in player counts is because of the edgerunners series.

A hidden game detail i found is on Apex Legends, if you finish a Bangalore as NewCastle instead of doing a normal finisher you will just laugh and wave your finger at her. It is because they are actually brother and sister

In midnight fight express, there are a lot more references. Some of them are in the form of certain enemies in the game.

A small detail: in Ready or Not if you have the combat mandible on it will muffle your characters voice

Another Easter egg in Cyberpunk that i found, you can find a body in pacififca with a balaclava (or how you say it in English) and two batons beside him, this is probably a reference to "kick ass" plus you can find a shard that says something about "butt kicker"

That goat simulator easter egg is from the first counterstrike game. Its a replica of part of the Dust map... complete with the spray paint on the wall.
I’ve played hell let loose before, and yes I do agree it is really hard, but it can sometimes be fun depending who you play with

Midnight fight express actually has a boatload of references to ther games. From the top of my mind, the cake from portal is in the room of the game's final boss, you can dress up as Jacket from hotline miami if you complete some challenges in certain levels and there's a character called BoJacket in one of the russian levels, literallt wearing a horse mask and and a varsity jacket
in goat simulator you can boost jump like Mario 64 i didnt know if that was a reference or not, love the vids too man

Does anyone else remember the Minecraft Easter egg in Borderlands 2? It was in the Caustic Caverns, at the end of the minecart track you could find some cubic rock formations to your right, with Minecraft dirt blocks that you break with melee attacks. There were even Creeper enemies and Minecraft heads for each Vault Hunter.

At the Goat Sim 3 section, when you start fighting the sand people, I saw 2 references (one to "The Ring" and the other to "Punch-Out!")
One sand person was named "Sandako" (The Ring reference) and another was named "Mr.Sandman" (Punch-Out! reference). Also, the achievement you get when you make the sand castle is a reference to "Enter Sandman" by Metallica.
Also as you finished the sand castle in goat simulator 3 there was a message wich said enter sandman. This is the name of a popular song by metallica but maybe it's just random.
Was that flag always in front of the sandcastle? Gives me a super Mario vibe.

Cyberpunk also had an easter egg in Death Stranding. Although I can't remember all the details, but there are side quests where you have to find chips (like in Cyberpunk). You can get skin mods, a bike with one of the factions' motif on it, and others. I could be wrong on some of the details, but yeah.
Not sure if it's been covered before but there's a secret fight against plaga dogs in RE4 by backtracking after you've beaten the giant fish boss, I want to say there's even a cutscene included.
This would make for a good series.

The Hard Mode final boss of Sonic Frontiers is one big Ikaruga reference.
I don't know much about Amazing Frog and maybe I am bugging but doesn't his footsteps sound like the Battletoads pause music. I'm sure it was intentional I just think it is pretty cool.

Haven’t played it yet so I don’t know the specifics, but there’s a control room in a tower that shouldn’t have a control room

In Lego marvel super heroes 2 if you collect a minikit piece as Thor he will say "this piece. I like it another!" that being a reference to thor the movie when he drinks the coffee and smashes the mug saying "this drink. I like it another!"

In the postal 2 dlc paradise lost you can find a locked house and when opened you can find on the second floor postal 3 posters and a man in a postal 3 shirt who hung him self with (believe it or not) a monitor displaying a gameplay session of postal 3 ended by a crash
