One of my favorite game references is in Terraria. Around Halloween you can get goodie bags from killing mobs, which most notably contain Halloween costumes. One of the costumes you can get is a Creeper costume. Two of my favorite blocky games combined lol

So I found a Easter egg in castle crashers and it is found when you gi into the space ship and after you destroy the green light field Then go left and you can find the game dev's in pods while in the spaceship.
I found one in ghostrunner where if you kill the enemies and go to the elevator but not go up and instead walk past all the locked down doors the citizens will talk about what is happening/what the boss fight is like
Another easter egg with Mr. Bubbles, that first noise he makes sounds identical to Sloth from the Goonies when he yells "hey you guys"
At 7:20 minutes isnt it a reference to James Bond villians? Persian cat and Nehru jacket are both from the villian Blofeld. And underwater base like in the spy who loved me.
For the Skyrim Easter egg there's a Nuka cola that can make you pass out and turn up somewhere random on the map, that's one of the locations you teleport too
So I'm pretty sure the "Press 'F' to Pay Respects" started in Batman: Arkham City. Cod:AW came out after Batman. Just saying. Love the videos!

I always disliked "What's up" intros in particular because starting a video with a question the viewers can't answer doesn't make sense so it's basically just noise.

It was probably done in this channel but I actually like the Peashooter plushie on a bed in Mass Effect Andromeda. Also, Far Cry Primal, a quest where you help someone get feathers to fly, ending in a botched leap of faith. Double reference to Assassin's Creed. Collecting the feathers from AC2, and the leap of faith.

FUN FACT: the fallout 76 nod to elder scrolls gets even better when you end up there due to the Halloween item “strange candy” where you black out and end up in the cart

Underwater lair is a ref to the Bond film You Only Live Twice. The villain lives in a similar underwater base, wears a Nehru jacket and has a Persian cat
Maneater easter egg references Dr. No from the James Bond films, who also had an underwater evil base.

I think borderlands 2's Minecraft Easter egg was their most interesting one. It was well hidden and you literally had to mine blocks to get in AND there was a chance you could get a Minecraft inspired weapon or outfit!

I remember doing the mission in fallout 76 where you get your first teleporting drink thing, and I actually got this Easter egg. It spawns you in the back of the cart too. I was casually losing my shit for 5-10 minutes. It also spawned a crossbow, and I think a spear. They weren't that good though.

The last one is more of a reference to Minecraft dungeons as it also contains missions that have secret areas that may spawn in a level.

In assasins creed valhalla when you finish a henge(like stonehenge) on your horse, the horse will pray with you (i did it in something with devil in it)

here's another Easter egg from Torchlight 2, after beating bloatfang if you follow a path opposite to the boss reward chest you can find Claptrap who will reward you with either a nut or a bolt which serves as a socketable

In the game A hat in time, in the dlc Nyakuza metro at the very top of the green station you can find a reference to Goro majima from the yakuza series
Borderlands 2 has a similar cave in the area that is available once the city becomes airborne. In addition to creepers and mine able blocks there's a sniper rifle that shoots the minecraft arrows.
Hey Captian I think I got a video game detail for you. In jedi fallen order you break your lightsaber during the main mission and you cannot turn it on until later in the game. If you use one of the benches scattered around the world (or in the mantis) you usually turn on the lightsaber after you exit the bench but since it is broken it does not work. I know this detail may seem small but it took me 4 play throughs of the game to find it so maybe others have not heard of it or seen it.
Borderlands have so many Easter eggs, I remember finding the Minecraft one in one of them (I believe it’s borderlands 2) very fond memories of it :)
Yes it's in 2 in the back of caustic caverns theres also a dark souls water egg tar out into the sea of the acid in the same map. I love the borderlands series

Another easter egg in maneater is when he says 'they probably own a Nehru jacket and a Persian cat'. This is a reference to James Bond's arch-enemy Ernst Stavro Blofeld.

I woukd say the Maneater easter egg was more a Bond reference, Stromberg built a underwater base in TSWLM, a nehru jacket was worn by Kamal Khan in Octopussy, and Blofeld famously had a persian cat as a pet across multiple films.
But it also looks more like Subnautica. Confusing.

There’s a portal reference in Assassins Creed Valhalla, it’s one of the side quests, a man promises you a cake if you can probably figure out his riddles, and once you do he admits he was lying and Eivor responds with “so the cake is a lie??”
I don’t know if you have covered this but in GTA V, when you go under the highway tunnel under the military base with a waypoint set (I think it can be anywhere but I’m not sure) the waypoint guide will disappear like it loses signal. I’m not sure if this always happens but I noticed it happen to a streamer DarkViperAU a couple of times (you may have to play around with it). Great video 👍
