I dont know if you have covered this easter egg from GTA V before, but if you shoot one of the protagonists houses as one of the two other characters, you will recieve a message from them telling you to stop shooting their house.
Also works if u sneak or shoot RPGs in the protagonist's house.

In Hitman 3, on the Dubai Map, when you first enter the building through the vent, inside the room just before you walk through the blue curtains, you can find a stack of boxes in the corner of the room. One of the boxes has a bunch of 1s and 0s on it. If you put this in a binary translator it says, "Help me I am trapped inside a cardboard box"

4:03 The train is actually a reference to the Trailer Park Boys. There is an episode where the character Bubbles steals a fully functional model train called The Patrick Swayze Express that looks EXACTLY like the one in game! Surprised no one caught on to this yet.

GTA 5 has alot of sinister easter eggs all around LOS SANTOS but most of them were some scripted mission that didn't make it because ROCK STAR got rid of them this house for example there was a rumor that there was a mission where you shoot some one when he is setting near a window and you shoot his family sounds controversial right

I found a Secret Room in Call of Duty Mobile.
If you go to Sanatorium and shoot 8 Teddys. A secret room will be unlocked and you get high tier loot.

The gta 5 Easter egg was a cut mission from the game I can't remember how it was supposed to start but the whole point of it was you had to help a girl from her abusive boyfriend and by the time you figure it out and try to stop him he killed her. So they deleted the mission because it was to glory or something. So i think the the easter egg is a glitch that they forgot to get rid of

I'm pretty sure that the train under the floor is from family guy, I remember an old episodes of family guy, where peter tried to get his house, know as a museum or a church. He said that the freedom train was under the floor and took out a floor board, and saw a train.
I dont even play Apex due to connection issues but Horizon and Newton's reunion made me so happy.
The train might be a reference to the polar express as it is at the south side.

The train easter egg on the stadium map from R6S was probably put by one of the map designers who really likes model trains. I don't remember his name, but he talked about model trains during an invitational panel

Thank you again for including my suggestion i love this! I mentioned the Aragami one not long ago... Also here's another dark souls reference. In Assassins Creed Valhalla you can go to the Hidden Ones' Bureau in the city of Ledecestre in a small archway you can find a sword in a campfire.

3:42 there’s a Easter egg remarkably similar to this in Super Mario Galaxy, in Toy Time Galaxy if you go into first person mode in a very specific place you can see a hidden toy train. It might be a reference to that
The train looks to be a sort of older train so it could be referencing the train from RDR2, then again why would rainbow six seige reference red dead 2

The train easter egg in rainbow six siege is actually a reference to a designer's(Jeremy dowsett) habit which is making small trains and it's been referenced before in other maps that he designed.

*Small spoiler for Paper Mario: The Origami King ahead if for some reason you haven't played it yet*
These may not be EEs, but there's some sad hidden details in Paper Mario: The Origami King. There's two moments that reference Bobby, A Bob-omb who was your partner for Ch2 that Sacrificed himself to save Olivia before entering the Ch3 Area.
First Instance being in the Breezy Tunnel, prior to cheering Olivia up from Bobby's Sacrifice, there will be rubble brought into the main Area proccing an interaction between Mario and Bobby's Spirit telling him to cheer her up. After cheering Olivia up, if you go back and interact with the rubble where Bobby's Spirit appeared, Mario will stand there for a bit before Olivia asks if you're ok and tell you to keep moving.
The Second instance is in Shogun Studios, if at any point you go back to the Studio after Bobby sacrificed himself and take a commemorative photo at the photo studio, you will see Bobby's Spirit joining Mario and Olivia in the photo.
I think the GTA one can be explained by a possible side or main mission taking place at that house. There could be some scraped player models left in that house possibly right next to that window. I know this sounds really nerdy but I watched a video about the making of RDR2 and I noticed before a group of characters come on screen, they will place them in a tight bunch in a part of the environment so they’re not seen. There’s a lot more from that video that I could probably use to explain it but it’s just what came to mind.

In Grim Fandango, the opening shot displays an ashtray and a some figures depicting a mariachi band. At the end of the game, after Manny leaves the land of the dead, a mariachi band plays beside a small fountain/pool which resembles the ashtray at the start of the game.
The train is a reference from the phines and Ferb movie because the villain turned bad because he lost his train.
On a Roblox game mode called BIG Paintball! There is a weapon you can use it's a silenced pistol! And the description of the weapon is "Allan please add details." Which is a nod to the hitman series
The R6 train can be found on the map: Kafe dov... in the train museum and has a little voice telling you something that I don’t know yet
Apex is such a beautifully crafted game, between the lore, the character banter, and the events. there is another easter egg in it though if you go to the firing range and go in the spawn hole on the far left, go up on the beam, get rid of all of your items and switch characters and go outside the dummies will come to life.

1. An easter egg cutscene and defeating the boss

3. In one of the house in the village map, you can shoot a doll and get rewards like the coffin dance in die maschine

For the bleeding windows, idk if this is right or not but you have to make it a actual entity for it to bleed a similar to this in the original portal if you go out of your camera in the last cutscene there is a radio and the radio would bleed considering it is an entity in the game so it can play the end soundtrack so rockstar probably didnt get it mixed up considering how many things we haven't even solved in their game

In aragami, the skull beside the fox looks kinda like the face of "The Boss", the protagonist from MGS 5...like the eyepatch. Also, aa it ia beside the reference of Fox Hound, it can be a reference to "The Boss".

Hey Cap Eggcellent.Dont know if you showed this but in Crysis 3 one of the missions (1-4) you go in this water pipe and in said pipeline you get to an area with a wire hangiing from ceiling.Now if you walk againts it your suit picks it up and shows the power voltage of it and it ofc states its 1.21 gigawattz.I really love this easter egg since its one I personally founded without any help so hehe.Much love btw

For details video: SW Battlefront II, the voice acting done for MP characters changes according to skins. So OT Han sounds different to Solo Han, unmasked Kylo sounds different to masked Kylo. Bounty Hunter Leia sounds different to normal Leia.
