Captain Eggcellent the last Easter egg you covered is from a famous scene in the original Spider-Man series, where Norman Osborne jumps out of a window.
Ok so this is kinda creepy. In Deltarune when exploring the over world, you can find a bunker ( not so ) hidden in the forest. This belongs to Gaster from UNDERTALE, and to understand what makes this so creepy go watch some videos, so I’m not spoiling everything in the comments.

From what I heard, Norman Reedus punching you because you were staring at his crotch isn’t a reference to a movie, but a reference to how in development of Death Stranding, Norman actually punched Kojima for starting at his crotch.

Enjoyed these. If you decide to play the other Luigi’s Mansion games, be aware the second game plays a little different. It’s a lot of jump in/ jump out of levels, kinda like SM64 and Super Mario Sunshine. I don’t like that but if you don’t mind it, you may enjoy the game.
Kojima always had the best easter eggs. It's sad that Konami kicked him out and denied him ownership of MGS.

That last Easter Egg was a reference to a UK television show. It was about an IT department but I don't remember the name. Either way the boss in the show exits the building in the exact same fashion right after learning he's broke or something. It was a meme for a while as well.

Btw theres a predator easter egg on that map in cod modern warfare, you can see it in the trees with active camo on, but sometimes the active camo will stop working and show a blue effect.

You don’t have to shoot all the inflatable crocodiles in Hitman, you just have to pop them. This makes it a lot easier to avoid detection. You can walk into them with a sharp object in your hands, or toss something sharp at them, although you may have to do that several times.
The last hitman one how he does his collar and stuff before jumping that’s a reference to a scene from In Bruges

What do you think of Easter eggs unlocking achievements? Personally I think it cheapens the egg. It’s no longer an Easter Egg, it’s a part of normal gameplay.

The AMC Ride "easter egg" isn't even hidden. Just like Monster Energy, it's a blatant ad in a full price $60 game. Maybe Kojima needed extra funding to help make the game, but if that's the case, I'm really unhappy with how prominent he made the ads.
