  • In this video I play the sort of strange "Andante" on my Hauptwerk Organ from one of G.F. Händel's many Organ Concertos on the sample set of Noordwolde sampled by Sonus Paradisi. Strange in the sense that it actually goes quite fast. In has more or less 6 sections which are repeated. I have chosen to add more and more stops as the movements progressed.
This is also not the orginal score of the movement but an organ transcription made by Danish colleague ‪@lassetofteriksen3101‬, who also has a CZcams channel and publish a lot of organ videos.
You all of course know Händel so here is a story you might do not know:
Handel's father did not approve of his son's love of music. His mother had to smuggle a small keyboard into the attic of their house. The young boy would play the instrument up there, in secret on his own, when his father was not around.
Thanks for being so kind to me and by humle work here on CZcams.
Please spread the word about my channel to other who might be interested in subscribing to an organ music channel on CZcams so we can grow this channel to 4500 subscribers 😜

Clicking away this music and performance would be a sin to musical humanity. How I enjoyed your confident fingers elegantly dancing and pushing the keys. Thank you so much!
