    In this video, I will show you the 3 best exercises for this muscle group.
    Exercises that will help your forearms grow can be done at home, but it is advisable to have dumbbells.

      Diet part isn't that complicated, eat protien With every meal, eat more calories than you burn, eat atleast 3 or 4 fruit and atleast 2 cups of veggies, this is pretty basic and over time you can add more of this or that and calculate it all better, but this sort of diet is good if you're just starting out

      Do the extensors muscles too, is basically the opposite of the last exercise showed, keeping thoose muscles strong is not only aesthetic, it's really helpfull in preventing elbow injuries

    Ive been doing this for over 5 months now. And this work ive also added hammer curls and behind the back curls with these exercise it helped my forearm get big before it was 18 cm i think now it became to 27 cm and i know for some people its not that big of a difference but for me thats a lott thank you brother love youuu

    The absolute best for me has been dead hangs, try to hang as long as you can then rest that amount of time and repeat. Do it 4-5 times!

      thank you friend for watching my videos!! I do different muscle groups bro! tricep chest! back biceps! shoulders+legs❤️ I train Monday Wednesday Friday and Sunday! I do 4 sets of 12-20 repetitions. I rest 1-2 minutes between sets and 5 minutes between exercises!

    The first and third exercise are basically the same, both focussing on your forearm flexors. I would suggest changing one of them to focus on the forearm extensors instead to create a more complete workout.

    Bro we need to do these exercises daily or 3 times per week because our muscles require time to recover if i do this regularly then due to overtraining muscles will become weak

      Yes bro I did Forearm exercise for 25 days Daily !! My Wrist and Forearm ankle bone pains so much 😢! I Can't Do other body exercises as well !! Give ur body proper rest !
