Giving the Model A Ford Credit; FoMoCo's First Finance Offer, The Universal Credit Company

Did you know that A Model A was the first Ford you could buy through a Ford Finance Plan? Prior to 1928 Ford Motor Company didn't offer anything other than glorified savings accounts to help consumer buy a Ford. But that all changed in 1928 with the creation of the Universal Credit Company.
A Model A is dedicated to the history of the Model A Ford using historical images and videos as well as modern resources.

Old Henry was frugal, and knew getting people into debt wasn't a good idea for his business, the country and probably against his personal morals to put folks into debt.
Unfortunately, most people aren't grown up enough to understand the worth of delayed gratification or the value of staying out of debt on a depreciating asset.
This has been the most informative video I've seen in a long time!
