A few years ago, I was a stagehand on a Chris Stapleton tour. I walked in the back door right before he started singing Tennessee Whiskey. A sold out show with 15,000 people in attendance, and the place was so electric! It is such a vibe hearing 15,000 people singing Tennessee Whiskey! One of the best nights I've ever had backstage.

At the end of a long day they told us she has cancer. Mommy left us 3 days later on Dec 11, 2020 in the morning. Glad your beautiful review was made while she was still with us, you put good vibes into the world. My mom LOVED Chris Stapleton and this song.

First of all, all three of you ladies are absolutely gorgeous! Before I had ever heard Chris sing, my daughter told me that they (Chris and his wife) were a beautiful couple. Because Chris is so shy, she is on stage with him, or not too far away backstage. Evidently they tour with all 5 children (they home school) and close family members. For sure, can’t judge a book by it’s cover, he was accepted to one of the top prestigious universities in the US (Vanderbilt) as an engineering student, but dropped out to pursue his songwriting and singing career. He gives his wife Morgane credit for managing his career and home life. Support them also, for speaking up for “Black Lives Matter”. In the country community that could be the kiss of death. Hope you react to “It’s a man’s man’s world”. Blow your mind. Basically impromptu guest performance.

Morgane is a writer, with numerous hit songs she wrote for other artists. As far as I can tell, she does back up vocals, and writes. I can't find any solo songs of her performing, even though she's written many many hit songs.

Chris Stapleton started out as a songwriter and has written over 170 songs in different genres and has had many celebrity artists record his songs to go and be big hits to include Adele. His wife (who is singing with him here) encouraged him to get out front and begin singing the songs he writes as he suffers from extreme anxiety and stage fright. His looking at her so much was as much as sign of her approval of how he was doing as their love for one another. Great song and great love story.!!!!
