To be fair it is a mechanic in mgsv which is also a stealth game. If you kill a child soldier its a game over.

@@gipsydangeramericasmonster9632 Ikr, imagine using Lethal options in MGSV. Honestly love that aspect of stealth games rewarding non-lethal gameplay, cause it's much harder (enemies can wake up, hiding bodies without killing them, etc)
