That house was massive but very dangerous. What a shame about siblings arguing. Because of that it's been left instead of sorting it out.Dont change anything dave. Iv been with you from beginning.

The greed from some people is just horrible. I would've wanted to keep the house in one piece. I bet that house was amazing in its day. Breaks my heart to see a home just rot because of a selfish person. So sad 😔
They could have given this house to a needy homeless family instead of leaving it to rot away

I would have loved to have seen this beautiful house back in the Victorian era, time and troubles have destroyed it. Nice to hear the History Dave makes the house and family come to life.
There's some pictures and information of this house in its heyday online. The architect was Willliam McElwee and it was built in 1875. The pictures are external shots mainly, taken in around 2008, but you'll see what a beautiful house this really was, along with a descriptive write-up of its key architectural features. The out building with the steps has its roof in-tact in the pictures as well.
The name on the cross will lead you there......

There is absolutely NOTHING you are doing wrong. I find you to be one of the very best explorers out there in abandoned land. You are very respectful to your viewers and the property you explore. So, PA-LEASE DONOT beat yourself up. As for the viewers who are watching your videos and not subscribing that is ridiculous because it costs nothing but one second of their lives to smash the "like and subscribe buttons." Come on VIEWERS help Dave out so he can travel and get to these awesome places. And for crimsny sakes, watch the videos throughout while your at it. It’s so sad that someone wanted to restore this house and wasn’t able to it must of been beautiful when it was first built, it’s worse that a member of the family is knowingly letting it fall apart

Did the sisters try to poison Harry because of the propery? It was hard to understand what the back story 8s because of the mask and the accent. Either way I hope that that is not the reason Harry passed away. It is sad that the siblings were arguing because of the property.

Sad to see family break apart over property rights. That mansion is large enough for many occupants. After parents die, siblings argue over a coffee table! .... so I've heard.
Alot of times parents are at fault for not setting boundaries and teaching respect for their children.
It's full of mold them masks will not keep mold spores from being breathed in mold is dangerous that's why there's an aspergillosis center in wythenshaw hospital

The staircase is beautiful and I believe you when you said that you didn't touch that table and I love how you picked the table up and put it back. It's a shame how the thieves have ripped this beautiful place up it makes you sick to think there are such heartless people walking this earth. Thank you Dave and friends for sharing this video. We respected our mum and dad and their belongings, The 3 of us carried out mums will to the letter. We can all sleep at night. Her house was sold as directed. Keep safe Dave and crew. It always takes one greedy spoiler in a family to drain finances through in-fighting. Its absolutely shameful how destructive family disputes can be. Such an unloved house, left to decay.
I think personally, when i watch your videos, it brings back memories of grief and loss. I'm sure you're aware, that the whole subject matter, while informative, does little, to take away, what many of us, are feeling right now. Does that mean, you should offer, different content? ABSOLUTELY NOT. It's what you do, that helps, with the grieving process, so be patient with your viewers. Be content, with what you present, my friend. Has been, and always be, one of your subscribers. Love you brother.

If anyone isnt fully watching they may have started and then just had to go do something or fell asleep watching and accidentally clicked off while sleeping or watching on their breaks while at work or in the middle of doing something, either way your doing fine I don't think u need to change or do anything different don't stress or worry about it. Unusual explore. I can see that at some point rather recent there was a massive fire which looks like started upstairs. The family probably collected fire insurance remunerations. After the fire, I do not think this mansion could be restored.

It is very disgraceful this house was abandoned for no apparent good reason. His gravestone - 2011 --and the destruction of it in current condition. Very tragic. Looters seem to be aware of these places somehow -- stripping the copper. Very sad it has been destroyed to the level it has. That the family had issues is no reason to leet this house deteriorate to this degree. The man who died in 2011 was very proud of this house. What a tragedy that families allow for this to happen. As a historical house it could have been some sort of museum or historical house representing what buildings in the 1800's was like. It would need lots of attention and $$$ to restore it to where it was when built.

I just want to say that I love your explores. Watching explores is what I usually do as I unwind before bed. There are times that I don’t finish the whole video I am watching because i can’t stay awake (not you just bc the unwinding is working!😂) but I always come back to it and finish it the next day. Keep doing the great work you are doing!

That house had it's own little community with the out buildings. Wonder what their industry was to accumulate so much wealth? I was afraid you would fall through a floor boards, everything was fragile. I so much appreciate your dedication to take us through these forgotten homes.
