Sad to say, but if this were in the US, this would have been totally vandalized and things broken and graffiti all over the place! I've seen some explorers here go through some abandoned mansions, and very rarely do you see them where they haven't been totally trashed! Looks like a little bit of a hoarding problem in this one, though. Such a shame! 😕

This is the second time I have seen this. It came across my feed today. This is one my favorite videos that you have done Dave. It keeps me on the edge of my seat. So much activity and the rocking chair was awesome. Only the first time I saw you enter the room and the chair was moving I thought I heard an old lady say "Hello". This time I did not. So strange. Maybe that was another video though. Anyways a very eerie feel to this old place. I scrolled down through the comments to see if I could find my comment from the first time I watched this a few months ago and I can't find it. Oh, well. Thanks for a great video Dave and Mark. It actually seems more like an art installation. In the ‘70s there was such a drive to force art from the norm, and being shocking, or radical, or weird became the direction a great number of artists took. To the point that it became not-shocking, not-radical, and not-weird. Combine that with the whole Free Love philosophy, drop in someone who was a bit of a perv, and you get a rabbit maze (ha ha! Effn like bunnies!) of this. I think most of the ponds and open spaces are his pretentious ideas of calm feminism (Trust me, I’m a feminist!) and a lot of the open spaces ARE finished. There could be some roofs missing, or, he copied the look of ancient buildings and purposely left roofs off. I bet the ponds aren’t 25’ deep, and were supposed to have fountains. I also think he was his own builder. The quality and construction looks very self done. I bet he and a few friends showed up randomly and added construction as they could. The ‘horns’ are vaginal openings. But I swear, every time I see them, I just see stained glass eyes, lol Contact the guy and do an interview!!

Wow😮 what a great find. I saw a few I would love to have. I once had a 1959 Simca from France. It looked like a 4 door bug that had 4 speed on the column. You are all nuts and have very dirty minds! That was going to be a place for meditation and healing. The shapes are the start of lotus flowers! A center for healing! The fire place is a styalized lotus. This would have been amazing when finished! A magnificent healing center! The “ eyes “ are about looking within. The sculptures outside are representative of “taking wing “ . It has such a feeling of peace! Check yourself.

I enjoy your videos and there’s nothing wrong with them, however I get vertigo/dizziness watching hand held camera footage. It might be a reason others can’t watch to the end and there’s not a lot you can do because that’s your style, but I thought that might be helpful to know, keep going 😁

those vehicles could be salvaged! you guys should find out if you can actually get some of those cars outta there and see if u could own some spread the word and save the bugs! so many people would love to have some project cars to work on and bring them to life again its such a waste they are just sitting there, like why what is the deal lol? i would call the multicolored car jonas punky brewster lol.
