Honestly coffee grounds make a HUGE impact so I recommend just getting from from Starbucks or dunkin to get something a little more quality BUT if you’re going for even better quality, a small local coffee shop in your area might be even better..... and you’re supporting local small businesses :)

COFFEE RECOMMENDATION: get the trader joe’s blue or brown coffee bean bin and use the grinder in the store to ground them up!!(unless your kit does that!) and it’s so cheap!!

I completed Chloe's 2 week shred back in March and I really felt it made a difference. I hated it and loved it so much that I have completed more of her challenges since then. I promise you at the end of the challenge you're gonna feel great!
My 6 year old son saw you make this salad last time while I was watching your video and for the whole week after he wouldnt stop talking about how he wanted this salad. So i finally got the ingredients and we made this salad and ITS AMAZING! Im obsessed!!

I'm doing the chloe ting 2 week shred too!! Currently on day 10 and it kinda sucks, but I'm so happy I'm doing it at the same time... the thing that keeps me going is telling myself that I never regret a workout when I'm done with it.
Honestly dark roasted whole coffee grounds- Pete’s is a decent blend of the bigger commercial products. Sprouts also has good coffee

I have that same cold brew kit! Make sure you use coarsely ground coffee!

I was just watching the insta stories when it popped up lol
My uncle got me hooked on his cold brew. We use the Lion macadamia nut coffee beans (keep coffee beans in fridge or freezer in between using), grind those the day you make your brew. Add into water and let it steep for 12 hours. Then use french press and enjoy!!!!

Bones Coffee is super good! I order it online and love it! You can order a sample starter pack where you can pick 5 different flavors to try too, super yummy
Cold brew is best with course ground coffee! I buy beans and then grind them myself just a little.
Peets coffee girl it's so smooth!!
I recommend finding coffee grounds from local coffee roasteries - they much higher quality than anything prepackaged from amazon!
