Tara I am not sure if you know this or not but our Prime Minister has opened the border for Canadians living aboard and have immediate family in Canada to visit. You have to follow the 14 day quarantine once you get home. This will allow you to stay with your mom and dad during quarantine. On the return to LA you do the same 14 day quarantine. I see you are missing them terribly. Thought I should comment on this in case you didn't know. 😊✈🍁

Have you considered going back to therapy? Even when I am overwhelmed due to work-related stress that I know will pass, it's an indication that my anxiety is growing and it always helps me to talk to my therapist about it. Just food for thought!

Going hiking has really saved me during this pandemic. I wear a mask the entire hike and socially distance, but just being in nature during these times really helps me mentally. Hope you feel better soon Tara♥️
