This the kind of property I’d like to get into
I'd like a house to live in. But since landlords bought all the single family houses in my area I'm forced to rent. And the rent is double what the mortgage would be for the same property. All i want to do is live and have a family, but I guess not
@@TheScrubmuffin69 With the current interest rates, renting is cheaper than buying. But of course when you buy a house you get equity and it goes up in value, but you still gotta qualify for those high payments

We give people great deals, we take care of them by keeping everything updated, taking care of problems right when they happen and once a year they get a month rent free! They choose the month! Here's the upside, we have LONG term renters who tell there friends and family. We NEVER have vacancies and we sleep good at night! So you don't have to screw people over to make $$ and have $$!

if ur renting in NJ, everything is within walking distance. If ur renting in Florida, good luck. car payments (used cars wont suffice like they do in jersey), car insurance, gas, losing hours to commuting

I work for door dash and I see a lot of fancy apartment buildings that look like hotels on the way to their room, I think it’s a great idea it feels kinda cool living in a hotel reminds me of the Suite life of Zack and Cody.

Facts brother, I was a victim of a terrible crime that destroyed my life in part due to ppl watching and plotting. Yes there was a personal element to it but to this day I haven’t recovered. They almost kiIIed me and took all my valuables and life savings. Lost my home and peace of mind forever

Good luck collecting rent from 140 different temporary renters.
If you’re going to just rent them for three months or so to each resident, you should get first last and middle rent upfront and make sure to get a damage deposit, part of the damage will be having to remove all the crappy furniture that they bring in and of course they leave when they owe the next months rent and leave everything behind. Hello dump fees, no way

Yes please! I often need a short term rental because I travel between Arizona/NE. Renting an Airbnb is ridiculously expensive. I alway have a hard time finding a 1-3 month rental that has a kitchen, bath, bedroom combo

Been there done that. Your greatest issue here is code - long term residences need to be minimum sq ft, etc. but the hardest is getting the city to Rezone as multi-family / approve any variance, etc. Lots of time and money.

You opened yourself up to a new headache of evicting people. Most air b and bs don’t do over a month because it’s hard to make someone leave because now they have rights. Florida landlords can’t evict without going through a court.
Yeah I see all sort of stuff with this idea. The bar and pool bring all kinds of liability to the table. Why not sell it off to corporations for their own employees uses?
