- I felt poor touring this $5.19 Million Loft in Soho. Its got everything you could possibly want. Stunning Floor to Ceiling Windows, Private elevator and pretty much everything an apartment needs to be cool, plus its in a great part of town on Broome Street in a gorgeous luxury building. Finding an nyc loft apartment or even going on an nyc loft apartment tour is a real treat!

Well, if you are both rich and moderately agoraphobic, or just dislike people, it would be hard to find a reason to ever leave the building. Especially since they brought the trees in for you. Lots of great local restaurants though! The windows and views are incredible.

Facts
Lofts are certainly better than brownstone walk-ups. For 5.1 million, there's no need to walk up an endless amount of stairs into rooms with small casement windows.
I love how the wealth of NY is practically unspoken among those who live there. “It’s 5.1” she wasn’t going to be gaudy and say “million” haha respect.
NYC has the most “millionaires” of any city in the USA, because simply owning your own place makes you a millionaire.
It has more to do with the fact that it's not necessary. She wasn't trying to be respectful. 😂 It's universally understood when you say "5" or "5.1" that it means millions.
Normally I like the older apartments with all of their quirky charms, but I wouldn't say no to this one!

I stumbled upon your channel a few months back. And although I don't live in NYC, I love watching your videos. They are relaxing to watch and I feel like I am getting a great tour of the boroughs.
I have been obsessed with lofts since I was a tiny girl. I grew up with a girl who was lucky enough to have one and her parents had custom designed walls on wheels so every time you visited the configuration of the space was totally different.
The intro before going to the actual Loft is amazing - makes you feel the vibe of the area :) great job

This is definitely the most beautiful apartment you have featured and that I have seen. The only problem is, for that price, there should be three bedrooms. Otherwise, it seems as perfect as an apartment can be. The building is also great with a nice lap pool. Finally, the neighborhood has a lot to offer and you are close to Chinatown and other great neighborhoods.
Robert, I was just thinking the same thing. For 5.1, there should be at least 1 more bed/bath.

Good Morning Cash. This building offers amenities up the wahzoo. This Fabulous apt gives you iconic views of The City for dayz. An abundance of natural light, floor to ceiling windows, spacious rooms, ample closet space etc... The only thing I can complain about is the price; I can't afford it. (Smile)

BEAUTIFUL! My only two questions are: 1) Is there some type of window treatment that shades the windows so that neighbors in other buildings can't see you walking naked in the bathroom as you shower? 2) What is the monthly maintenance for the property?

NO WORDS CASH!!! The vibe and flow of this place is OUTRAGEOUSLY ELEGANT!!! From the curve of every window connecting the rooms to the size of each room! Double 😲 WOW!!
Phenomenal, incredible, one of a kind BARELY describes the unit or view from every space in apt!! Yeah I would've like to see a more defined kitchen with better cabs/ along with restaurant quality appliances and also a true dining area would make this property more irreplaceable than it already is!!! So I'm giving the owner a pass on those missteps; and I'm sure new owner will completely upgrade the kit/dine areas to the level it has to be in a condo of this caliber!!
Really can appreciate how corporate the other sections of building are- like the dining room, library, and that beautiful, peaceful area within the building with the red chairs and gorgeous plants! Image in my mind including the building itself, when shown from the outside is a residence of luxury, comfort and an address of importance . . .👍👍👍👍👍for the existence of such a place to call home!! For the STUPENDOUS views 👍👍👍👍

Regarding the rate: Since there were less than four bedrooms and no den/lounge/ library I noticed in unit I don't agree with $5.190 as the selling price, thinking more along the lines of 4.510 or if all CASH 💵💵💵OFFER: $4.389
That was a very nice place!

My old stomping grounds. In college, I worked at 530 Broome St (not there anymore). It was a grimy, noisy area filled with warehouses and lots of traffic heading into the Holland Tunnel. But that was 1975. I think the traffic is the only thing that hasn't changed.
