Amazing game today, both teams played hard but once again the bruins clawed their way to a W. Hall had a exceptional game tonight and deserves every bit of credit for the win we got. Big test on Saturday vs the defending champs.
I just like to give credit when it’s due, even though I hate the lightning I’m not gonna pretend they played awful because they truly didn’t, they outshot the bruins and had a lot more zone time than they did. But Boston had a good game too.

These two teams have played many great, close games since 2011. Competetive high quality (Zacha's gaping open net miss aside) hockey rivalry. They often stand in eachother's way to the Cup. Tonight, Vasilevskiy had De Brusk's number, while Swayman kept the 2-1 lead sealed. Love watching these two teams play.
I'm surprised there hasn't been more animosity between them in their first two games this year. Gourde and Coleman were fake tough guys who I hated as a Bruins fan but they're long gone from Tampa. Maybe the Lightning are realizing their two Cups were greatly assisted by COVID and they wouldn't have won either of them without the pandemic happening.
@@paleale5592 I'll give you the run last year. But in '20 and '21 they beat two of the worst teams ever to reach the Finals without having to play a true road game in either series. The only reason Dallas and Montreal made the Finals was because of COVID realignment.

I see it as they have been the most successful team in the league for the past 5 years, statistically speaking. As for the opponents in the finals, let's not forget that there were semis and quarters and regular seasons too, they didn't just played a couple of games against mediocre teams and were given the cup. The days of 6 teams in the league are long past.

I see alot of comments saying how they killed it tonight but really the lightning played a wayyyyy better game than they did the night before. The bolts just got unlucky and were obviously getting tired in the third. Good win I guess but we'll see you in the playoffs and last time I checked we three years and counting for the the Stanley Cup finals. And 2 out of 3 ain't bad but 3 out of 4 is much better. 👌

Bruins are playing very good and is really nice to see Nick Folino having a good season so far and Hall is also playing the way they hoped great win
