I'm kinda surprised to see the bolts having bad body language, some lackluster energy at times, Florida looked fresh and charged for 60 minutes, Kuch didn't seem himself, honestly I've never seen him so out of sorts, he's usually the smartest most clever player on the ice. Give the panthers credit.

Panthers know how to play Tampa very well and they are very hungry. I think they will be going all the way and if let's say VGK will be there and Florida stays healthy, I think Florida has the upper hand this year.
Kucherov was out of sorts as well when the Blue Jackets swept the Lightning back in 2019. He was so out of sorts he even got a one game suspension during that series due to frustration.

They might make a trade or two, but they're still going for it. So long as they have Nikita Kucherov, this team is GOING FOR IT. Unless, of course, they miss the playoffs. Twice. They'd have to miss it twice.
I’m going to have to disagree and I dont want to see the lightning win again. Their core is still going to be really good imo for a little while they just need to fix some of their depth and I think they can still be a threat in the East and could be contenders again. Kuch, Vasy, Stamkos, Point, Hedman, and Sergachev are still an elite mix of players surround them with the right guys and they’ll be good

Officer Bob is on the case yet again. Lightning top line has been shut down pretty hard as well, which I imagine can be attributed in large part to Barkov and Ekblad.
With Barkov and Reinhart on the top line, Panthers essentially have 4D when they’re defending 😅

Watched the game, Tampa works really hard but makes mistakes. Turnovers. Bad, harsh decisions. Panthers play smart hockey. Waiting for mistakes and cashing in on them. Bobrovsky is insane. You wouldn't think he's 35. Back on the case!

Bolts are in trouble. But i doubt they get swept. They should be able to win game 4.. this series has been close even though it's 3-0 in games. All 3 games have been pretty even. Panthers look great though.
G1 and G2 were not as close as the final score would indicate and Panthers still won tonight after TBL come out in the 2nd period looking like a different team that dominated the first 15m of said period. Lightning were always in over their heads in this matchup. All the Bolts fans that grew up as Cats fans but jumped shipped bc they were tired of the losing are free to feel out of place now.
Tampa's sweep is the last thing I expected in the first round.

Yeah I’m a lightning fan too. Their weaknesses have shown all season long, turnovers, sloppy plays and bad defense. This is just a case of Florida being the better team than us in all areas, it happens. Can’t win a very year.

Не могу понять почему все критикуют Кучерова. Есть этапность в реализации своей формы и физика, на протяжении большей части Сезона Куч был в стабильно высокой форме в отличии от Стэмкоса который начал более менее играть во второй половине сезона!Получив приз лучшего игрока первый этап Кучеров отлично завершил, и для нового включения в следующий этап Плей-офф нужно время и поддержка партнёров по команде, что и не произошло, команда в спячке. Еще Боб стоит как стена, претензии прежде всего к тренерскому штабу Тампы, которые не настроили команду. По игре Куч продолжает выполнять роль связующего, удачи ему и команде!

As a Lightning fan it's so disappointing seeing this team not capitalize on game 2, not capitalize on the PP's the refs gave us and completely lay an egg in front of the home crowd last night. It definitely looks like the end of an era for us. Major respect/props to the Florida Panthers and their 5 legitimate fans yall have a very strong team so after you sweep us you better win the damn Stanley Cup
Miami has always been a feast or famine city fandom-wise. Everyone hops on the bandwagon when they're winning, and dips when they don't. We don't have the history like many other American or Canadian teams to inspire loyalty. Best we got are the Dolphins. Give it time. These new era Panthers are sure to bring fans in to stay :)

The review of seeing if the play was offsides of a goal needs to be revised. Maybe set a time limit of being in the zone to 30 seconds of play before a goal is made can be reviewed.

Watching them in person Mcdavid and Mackinnon are far better players. Kucherov is smart and very skilled but he's not on their level. Also how a team's system is set up will have a huge influence on a player's points.
