    I personally think that when they start looking rough, that's when they look the best because they look the most authentic. I have had so many loc'ed dudes stopping me, telling me how beautiful my locs are, and asking how long I have been budding.
    And I'm like, uhhhhh......a month? Lol.

    I do goddess locks with other hair and I get the matted look as well. Idk if there's a trick for that.

    Trust me it’s not only you, this brand of hair gets rough looking and catchy within the first week. It starts looking dry shortly after installation. This hair was also VERY heavy on my head. I only used 5 1/2 packs, instead of 7, or 8 because my hair is thick and long. I will be trying a different brand of hair if I do these again.

      People get those mixed up a loc. I guess because dreadlocks was the original name everyone used before there were even faux locs..

      Guys I buy the locks online and do it myself. CZcams is full of methods and its not hard. Yall better save some money cuz this shit ain't worth it. We can do it by ourselves like I swear DON'T PAY MONEY. do it yourself.

      @@Norawarsame yooo same here!! I literally just took out my faux locs and decided to rock them naturally now that they got a little hang time! But I would watch step by step videos and practiced on one piece on hair over and over until I finally got it right!
      Now?? You can’t stop me! I got people thinking im getting em done professionally!

    Ok so I have a question. I'm taking out my crouche this weekend but I have to wear my natural hair to school on Monday. So knowing my hair, the ends are going to be really knappy. So I wanted to know how you can make the ends of your hair look more defined. Not like a Krimp or anything. Just so that it doesn't look like a big well, blob of hair at the end.

    Had mine done for the first time it did the same thing they were really I didn't like them I had to keep them in for about a month because I had them done in the shop which cost me a lot so I won't get them done again I just didn't like the hair they were really Tangled my hair was coming through I was very disappointed the thing is I love the way they look but they're very hard to manage and very tingly

    Idk what you done wrong but my hair never pops out and the dreads I use or not heavy at all I don’t even feel any weight. I’ve never had a headache after putting them in and I do them myself. Wrong hair or it’s how your doing them. Sorry.

      @@KaVinasContent if I remember correctly she twisted the braid(my hair) into a knot and added the hair somehow. I had to dampen it because the way she installed it. Unravel the twist to the top but since she put my hair and the twist hair in a knot that’s where i got frustrated lol 😝

      @@jeanine7411able yes so I’m unraveling my faux locs today and it doesn’t seem that the stylist tied the braid in a knot, however I can tell she twisted multiple strands of hair together creating different twisting patterns. So basically I can’t simply just unravel the outer hair I have to keep finding new pieces of hair to unravel if that makes any sense. I’m a bit frustrated to say the least.

    This only works if your loc wasn't wrapped. It's hell trying to get them off when the faux loc is wrapped with Marley hair. 😒
