    Black belt tip like Harry Soo likes to say if you start your first cut at the bone then you don't have to worry about whether there's enough meat to make that last slice because if u start at the bone you'll have the closest cut to the bone as possible , I seen a guy do it in a butcher shop 💯🔥

    When I was in Karea, that was my favorite. I liked it more than Samgyup sal..last night I soaked three kilos for my friends and I to eat because it was our day off wacthing from Jeddah Saudi

    Looks amazing I've been making this for years as a non Korean, pakeha New Zealander (kiwi) using kiwi (fruit not person) instead of pear. Is that a nashi pear? We have those and I absolutely love them! I'll have to try that next!

      Oh! so I use Kiwi in my bulgogi recipe and was featured in a New Zealand magazine once. lol. Not sure what nashi pear is but it goes by Asian pear, Japanese or Korean pear here. That's the traditional tenderizer to use but kiwi will work just as well!

    Do you know how to make Ssamjang? I have bought a lot of Korean kimchi base and ssamjang but they contain gluten which i cant have 😕
