Wise words,. In my experience many men are not able to deal with a woman next to them that is empowered, progressing and developing as a person, achieving goals and being successful in work, fitness and relationships, and on top of that setting boundaries. This triggers their insecurities and it is a threat to their ego, they prefer you insecure, unfulfilled and co-dependent, ready to focus just on their needs. The price to pay many times if you do not want to lose and diminish yourself is to sacrifice the relationship and be single, or stay and be narcissistically abused. There are few men out there that are satisfied with a woman that shines next to them, even though they are successful as well and could form a power couple together. Millions of successful and wonderful single women out there because of this sad reality, there is a narcissism epidemic out there.

You can replace “man” and “woman” by “people”, in your text. Nobody wants to hang out with basicly another version of themselves, but better.

The narc constantly made comments about my salary, my degrees, and the type of job I had. He was obsessed with it. Eventually he started trying to make me seem like I was dumb and didn’t know anything. Constantly trying to make it seem like everything I said was wrong. During the discard, he said that he didn’t like how I talked to him and that’s why we couldn’t be together. But really it was because he felt less than so he hated being around me. Happy to be done with him! No matter how nice I was, it was never enough
In time they hate ur goodness they hate that u can love and they cant they hate ur compassion because they have none they are losers and they know it
If I see someone who has something I want, I just do my best to try to get it, not try to destroy that person.

I don’t have a jealous bone in my body, but have had several people in my life accuse me of being jealous of them. Very confusing and puzzling behaviour. I suppose that is happening because they are actually jealous of you for some reason, and are deflecting, projecting, etc. I always found that behaviour weird.
Yes this there way of projecting what is inside them onto you, so that you take on their beiefs, and it is also to confuse you and doubt yourself. They attack the inner core of belief system, so be careful and stand in your reality.

You just described my family-in law, I noticed that they envied my happiness with my husband, my happiness with my family, and my career; and even they considered me ugly, I know they envy me being fit and not having skinny legs like them. They did manipulate my husband to believe that I would try to belittle him because I got my professional license, and none of them were able to get it. One of my sisters in-law lied about graduating from college, but it seemed that she never did.
When I started to advance in my job, my husband told me that I was just advancing because I wanted him to feel humiliated, and I suspect that that comment came from that sister that was frustrated because she did not get her degree. A little after he apologized for saying that to me.
I also noticed that my husband's family would act like others were jealous of them, like everybody would want what they have. Sometimes I felt sorry for them, other times I laugh at their incoherence.

My narc says I'm not shit...I bought my own house after 10 yrs of hard work...and when he talk to people he says he bought a house. He didn't even put a penny in.

I don't care to be honest. Next male narc who makes a narcy statement gets a narcy punch to the neck. My gf best friend was a narc who would drop these odd "i'm not proud of you" statements that seemed to place him as a father figure to me. He likely felt he could say that b/c gf was standing there. Partly right, partly b/c it confused me. I didn't know if I should trash my gf or trash him. come to find out it was trash both of them. My first wittle twiangle.
I agree his true envy comes out when you earn more and have more material. If you surpass him you get discarded. I realised after leaving him that my individuality came out. 23 years of it being all about him. You’re also regularly recovering from shock whilst you’re with them and can’t function to your highest level. Great video.. it was this mindset that changed everything for me. Healing is like hibernation and doing one thing a day to pull yourself out of the slump. Letting your true self shine and not being afraid. When you can say to yourself I’m safe and I’m free there is no feeling like it. It’s like you find yourself again within the rubble. This is an ego death for the victim followed by being reborn to a new self with greater understanding and wisdom. The walk to meet your demons pays off. You’ve also swallowed a spoonful of concrete 😂

But a Narcissist can be a male or female, & I've noticed that you always refer to the Narcissist as "He" or "Him" perhaps maybe just say "The Narcissist". Unfortunately, I know *TWO female Covert Narcissist Demons* (ex-friends) due to their *envy & other toxic traits*.

I'm wondering if there's any shows about what to do when you're not dealing with a relationship with this narcissist The Narcissist in my life is my grandson's father. My daughter is not in the picture I took custody of my grandson when he was 1 years old I cut his corn brought him home from the hospital but I threw her out when he was wanted and took custody father went to prison when she was 4 months pregnant erase that child from birth to seven this man gets out of prison and says I appreciate all you did but I want my son. I said don't we need to work on a game plan on me and he doesn't know you he said nothing he walked away and he served me 2 weeks later after your court battles he got custody the court said that my grandson should never lose his one constant his grandma he let me see him 7 months until my grandson when I noticed bruises and cuts from a belt on his behind I called the police he said his daddy did it but not to tell me that he never does come over again the police left the pictures of the injuries on an Evidence disc the police went and spoke to my grandson in front of his father who has fuckthepolice tattooed on his back. DCF waited a week and a half to talk to my grandson and also did it at the house in front of his father Savas cutoff it's been 3 years the man will not forgive me. And the 7 months of visits were sporadic sporadic and last-minute. But my grandson cries for me I saw them at the drugstore and my grandson was yelling Nana Nana Nana out the window and he said shut up realtor fucking window and drove away he does not care I don't understand why you cannot just let me be a grandmother. Sometimes I wish I never would have made the call made the call but with a six-year-old has welts and cuts and different bruises and different stages of healing on their behind and they tell you their dad makes him hang on to the footboard of the bed and swings the belt at them was I supposed to say we'll just take the beating so you can keep coming over I never dreamed nothing would be done is there any way to make this man forgive me. Girlfriend girlfriend stuff came over from the age of eight to ten his father found out and cut me off again he's now 13 I just hope he doesn't think I don't want him I hope he doesn't blame me or forget me the two years his girlfriend snuck him over here I was good to her two kids and their new baby I bought that new baby's car seat closed Gates ever else kind of stuff and he knows about it he didn't leave the girlfriend like she said he would when she found out but he cut me off and now she won't speak to me but anyways sorry for the rant but what if anything do you think I can do to make this man let me be a grandma this is a pain like no other
This is awful! Keep praying for your grandson’s safety. I would have called the police if my child had welt marks and cuts from a belt on his behind from a parent that’s been to prison. I’m surprised the police did not do more. If you do get to see him even for a minute- encourage him to talk to his teachers about any abuse he may be suffering. They are mandatory reporters to administration and administration must report suspected abuse to the police. I will pray for your grandson, too. You can also potentially sue for grandparents rights to visitation. If you don’t have a lot of income, talk to a pro bono lawyer and see if they can help.

first, they are envious at other people. Even if you are a friend, for many yrs, one day, you will be the object of their envy.
You will not be spared.
Envy is not about money.

What kinda weirdo feels envy? I've never known that emotion & couldn't tell you what it feels like. I just know that envious people are useless scumbags. Life has enough issues, the crabs in the barrel make it worse.
