Hello, I am retired national guard, I have 10% for tinnitus, connected for hearing loss. Did not get any back pay, took 13 months before decision. Four months later filed multiple claims and granted 30% heart disease connected for hypertension, ED, denied sleep apnea, back pain, diabetes germs. Granted back pay on this claim. Presently at 40%, how should I move forward.
Do your tinnitus make you depress that reduce/lose gainful employment? I gave you the keys now go start that engine.
How come when I called you the lady refered me to CCK, and do you know what y status is..don't you have a check for me?
I don't know if our Artificial Intelligence (AI) overlords will allow this question to be forwarded. More and more VBA has been using AI, with the idea that it handles mundane jobs that will help speed up benefit processing. Have you found this to be true or not; or is it just more confusing? Hello I'm Willie I'm a permanent and total disabled veteran rated at 100percent TDIU in 2019 injured neck back and knees do to a fall and va Lake Nona refused to treat my knees back in 2014 also va denied smc benefits just trying to figure out what to do at this point. Thanks
Hi I am 100 percent and recieve community care which I am almost maxed out on hours. Can I still claim aid and attendance at r1 status. I am wheelchair bound with fnd diagnosis and atonal nerve damage in my legs
I submitted a claim in 2006 for tinnitus and hearing loss. Tinnitus was granted but hearing loss was denied. The letter from the Va stated the following:
“We denied your claim for service connected exposure to Agent Orange as no related disabilities were claimed.”
Does this mean that I can say 2006 should be my effective date on current Agent Orange claims?
This could be important to my current claim that I have submitted.

My inservice records didnt have any report of accident that i was injured in , i claimed PTSD plus injuries , and i do have a current diagnosis of PTSD from my own psychologist , and C&P examiner agreed and service connected the accident plus wrote up the nexus , i noticced my claim is moving super fast , any thoughts that it can be granted or denied with the current information i submitted ?
Could you perhaps talk about base toxic exposures such as Schofield Barracks in the early 80s TCE . I discovered this problem while researching for a sinistus link due to living in the Barracks for two and a half years.
I was rated Service connected hearing 0% comp. It’s beyond 30 days for Higher Level Review. Should I regular appeal for turn down on PTSD I believe I have a year for that? I was turned down because my records were burned up in the St.Louis warehouse fire. I have my DD 214

I just heard you say use of a BPAP for Sleep Apnea = 80%. I am Service Connected for Apnea with a 50% rating, back to 2008. Last year, the VA ordered another sleep study resulting in prescribing a BiPAP. I can only find 50% for use of breathing devices. Where can I find 80% for BIPAP? And, if correct, how can I file for an increase? Also, my 50% rating is a combined rating because it is also for Asthma. Thank you
She's wrong. There's no such thing as an 80% rating for any type of Sleep Apnea.
under my 100% P$T, where does it brral down amount i get for SMC-k & 1 dependent pay?
I've watched hours of your videos. My initial claim was only halfway successful. I decided to reach out to your firm for help and they refuse to work with me because I am still able to work full time. You guys sound like an awesome group and very knowledgeable but after trying to seek help I was instantly denied. Very misleading.

how can you prove that you got arthritis when i was in the navy?
? Can you get TDIU rating more than once? Example. You have TDIU after being 80%, then rightfully gave notice of gainful employment so you are back to 80%.
So, after 6 years of in the workforce your mental health has deteriorated.
And now can’t hold a job. Can you tell file for TDIU?
