I filed for secondary mental health with my chronic back pain. Will they go back to 1980. I filed within the first year getting out the navy. Then it was only 10. Now it’s 50 but truly could be more.

From the question discussed @ 20:40, how do I know what actual diagnoses I have? In my 12 years of receiving care from VHA they seem loathe to actually write the words 'diagnosis for XYZ' in my records, preferring instead to just "add it to my problem list" and then put me in the circular queue of 30-60-90 day in-house referrals only to return to my VA original provider with the symptoms/problems. In summary, does the long list of SCT codes in my problem list equate to actual diagnoses?

I’m in need of 2 total knee surgeries with only my left knee being service connected after c&p examiner used my statement that I fell up the stairs when I meant fell going up the stairs.
I have been diagnosed with PTSD and major depressive disorder and I have social phobias.
Although they oddly will do the reconstructed surgery on right knee, I’m afraid that I won’t be eligible for a 100% temporary rating and I’m trying to figure a way to redress right knee denial with a slew of intermediary and secondary filings in this one intent to file

I have glaucoma and my service connected hypertension is aggravating my glaucoma. I also have no service connected sleep apnea which also aggravates my glaucoma. Can I file for aggravation and connect sleep apnea afterwards.

Can you address C.U.E.? I was denied a service Connection in 2010 for a claim of PTSD that pretty much was blown off because of stigma.
I refiled recently the service connection. I was homeless on the streets for 5 years at the time this was taking place. So I'm wondering as I understand I can get back pay if I can file a C.U.E. What makes up a C.U.E.? Criteria paperwork etc?
