Hi, good to cover the practical realities of driving a half h-bridge with an Arduino.. Shoot-through isn't something most people realise until they have skidmarks in both their electronics, and underwear.. lol. For packaging considerations, the ZVN4206AV provides enough performance to drive the p-channel. It's a slim-line TO-92 and fits into a tiny space. If you use both TO-220's for the p-channel and the n-channel run fet, you can solder them back to back to minimise the package size - well make it slightly larger than a single TO-220

Awesome, i gotta try this method.
Previously,I used an arduino and 2 mosfets setup( from your other video) to control pusher motor. Everything was fine with 2s lipo.but when i switch to 3s , p mosfet burnt up.idk, bcos it on and off too fast?
