    Runner din ako. Im already ripped because i also lift weights aside from running pero mas prio ko ang running gains. Marami din nagtatanong kung bakit padin ako tumatakbo, sagot ko lang eto kasi ang hilig ko at hindi lang physical ang effect ng running pati mental apektado din. Nakakaganda ng mood sa buong araw. Hindi kumpleto araw ko ng walang running. Sa mga nag uumpisa palang, pakiusap wag kayo tumakbo ng mabilis. Ma iinjured lang kayo resulting to inconsistency. Tumakbo lang kayo sa pace na alam nyong kaya nyong gawin araw araw.

    Ganda ng place ng tinatakbuhan mo boss Lorenz! 1 year na since naimpluwensyahan mo akong mag run and to eat healthy. 10k 3x a week at my sundot na bike ride pag weekends. Iba talaga ang pagtakbo for me parang fulfillment pag natatapos ko siya. More running vlogs pa po boss and keep inspiring. Nakakaadik ang running!

    Correct, maraming nagtatanong bakit daw ako tumatakbo or nagjojogging, payat naman na raw ako. Misconception talaga ng karamihan yung reason natin why we run. Thank you for explaining why. Alam ko na isasagot ko next time.

      Yes bro! sobrang daming benefits ng running pati sa mental health and kapag may emergency ito din ang unang ginagawa 😅 Most people akala nila pag sinabing "wealth" ay pera lang pero yung ability na makatakbo ka hindi kayang kunin ng kahit na sino sayo yun and I think isa yung tunay na kayamanan.     fun fact 😝 kapag may daily routine physical normal strengthening ka, jogging running cycling. mas maging healthy din love love time mo kay partner pero kung sa gym ka lang nag physical strengthening, buff kana liit pa si manoy at mawalan ka gana na mag love love. 🤣🤣

    Sir naka Giant Revel po ako 2012 model. Naka 8 speed siya. Plan ko sana gawing 9 speed kaso di ko sure if cassette or thread type siya. If thread type po ba siya kakasya parin kahit papano?

      Magkaiba po yun eh make sure na alam mo muna kung naka cassette or thread type. pero most likely naka cassette na yan kasya na po ang 9 speed kung ganun.

      Running. Karamihan ng runner kaya mag bike pero hindi lahat ng cyclist kaya mag run.

    Sir average pacing nyo po pag natakbo??ako po kc 7 yun average pacing ko sa 5kn to 10km run gusto ko pa sama mas ma ibaba yun pacing ko tips nman po salamat

      Madalas pag long run 6 minutes per km pag mga short run lang 5 minutes per km. Find a program na makaka tulong sayo and eventually magiging madali na ang running and bibilis ka pa.
