    Sir Lorenz goodevening. Salamat pala sa tips na to napakalaking tulong para sa newbie na tulad ko. I start to run last 2 weeks pa. Pero lagi akong kinakapos at ang nkakahiya is 1.5km pa lang pagod na pagod na ako. Since yung nakita ko itong video mo at sinunod ung proper na paghinga. Na dapat sa diaphragm pala ang hinga. Ayun nakatapos ako ng 3KM in 29minutes nga lang hehehe nakakahiya gusto ko ma achieve yung sayo sir na mabilis ung pace nor or less 18mins in 3km. godbless sir new subscriber here 😁

      Thank you sa panonood ng vlogs ko. pwede ka gumamit ng cellphone install ka lang ng app na Strava or gps watch. noong wala pa akong gps watch sinusukat ko sa google map 😅 share ko yan kung papaano next week.

      If less than an hour ka tatakbo kahit wala ka ng dala after na lang ng run.

    Sir pede poba maligo pagtapos ng jogging nakaka payat poba kung araw araw mag jojogging ng 2 hours

      pwede po maligo lagi ko ginagawa yan. masyadong pong mahaba yung 2 hours kung araw araw i sugges na 30 minutes lang then pag weekend if gusto mo mag 2 hrs pwede naman po just make sure na may rest day para maka recover ang katawan mo.

      I think your footstrikes don’t matter as long as your foot lands on your center of your body. However, I try to land on my forefoot or midfoot since it forces my foot to land on my center.

    Sir pano pag sumasakit tagiliran pag sa tiyan humingan taposa kapag sa diaphragm . Sumasakit din kapag dunnkinukuha hininga pano po yun.

      Side stitch po ang tawag dun para po syang pulikat pero sa diaphragm. Possible po na tumatakbo kayo ng masyadong mabilis kaya nasakit po pwede nyo po subukan bagalan and ibahin ang breathing patern nyo.

      Iniiwasan po kasi ung pananakit ng tiyan or pag akyat ng acid habang tumatakbo. Much better tubig lang ng konti ung pagkagising.. mgnda din pagka gising. 15 to 30 minutes. Mag start kana. Wag matagal na nkagsiing. Kcgugutom ka nga before tumakbo

      Sa ngayon wala pa nakaka alam kung masama ba ang pag vape since bago lang sya. Hindi po ako sigurado sa totoo lang pero hindi po ako nag vape kasi hindi ko naman ito kailangan and wala ako nakukuhang benefits sa kanya. trivia lang mga 40-50 years ago naniniwala sila na maganda sa baga ang paninigarilyo recently na lang naging malinaw na masama talaga ito sa katawan.

      Okay naman po pero kailangan pa din ng pahinga and hindi laging all out or mahaba. need maka recover ng katawan po natin.
