Not knocking some of the other online dealers at all, but I've purchased from Fear Not Tarantulas before and they are absolutely awesome and their customer service is hands down the best I've ever seen. Plus the way they pack their animals, I see no way a animal could die in shipment even in the event of a carrier delay. Short of a truck running over your package, your T's will make it to you safe and very much alive.

  • @Vanessa_Simone_In_Toronto

I have an adult female. I keep her the same way as you do. She is a maximum of 2" and is full grown.
I adore my girl. I've kept a lot of dwarf species and this one is the most visible by far. She does like to sit at the mouth of her burrow, and barricades herself inside to moult, but spends most of her time out and about.
Although I have no doubt that she could move fast if she wanted to, she is not skittish when I disturb her enclosure and doesn't even head for her hide. She usually just sits there and ignores me. I have never seen anything resembling defensive behaviour.
Decent appetite, but not as good as Cyriocosmus. I also have a Neischnocolus sp. Colombia female who is a lot less visible and a lot less colourful.
Underrated species for sure, as are all the dwarf species overall.

I have a question on how slow does it grow? As slow as a Brachypelma or Euathlus sp red?
Ps: I know I suggest the E.murinus already but I thought of some I would love to keep and thought you should make a video in them!😁 here are my suggestions: hapalopus sp colombia large or phormictopus sp “green”.
