Psyche and Eros will always be my favorite ship in Greek mythology
I find it extremely poetic and beautiful how eros, the embodiment of the heart, and psyche, of the mind, found eternal love and are in sync. It goes to show how true love is both what you feel and what you choose.
Honestly listening to the stories of Ares and Aphrodite and the other stories with Aries you realize the God of War is one of the most best gods in Greek mythology( besides his uncle Hades) he's a better father he's way more loyal and his relationships are a lot more consensual

I've always felt the Roman version of Aries the Roman god Mars is more like the adult version of Aries he's more mature and more self-control and he's married to Aphrodite and he still loves War but he's more Tactical and less brutal

On the second story, a big part you missing from the Greek/language/myth is that in Greek language dafni means Laurel (tree).
Apollo was NOT the sun God, Helios IS the sun God. Apollo is more like the God of the suns' rays.
Helios is a titan, though well respected, since he's a titan, he is challenged by the gods
Apollo was a replacment for Helios, since the greeks slowly forgot him and his sister. So Apollo is the sun God. Also Helios is a Titan and not a God. Please keep that in mind.
