Love clutch powers watched that movie so many times. Also in Georgia there was this place called Lego discovery that had a little ride that was based on clutch where ya shot cannon balls at screens
Long before time had a name, the First Spinjitzu Master created Ninjago using four elemental weapons. But when he passed, a dark presence sought to collect them all: Lord Garmadon. So I, Sensei Wu, his brother, sought out to find four ninja to collect them first.
The Merlopians we see in the Seabound Flashbacks all are the squid/octopus variant and there are no Sea Serpentine, which leads me to theorize that the Sea Serpentine we see in Seabound are either a lost 6th Serpentine Tribe or an evolved version of Serpentine, adapted to the ocean. Perhaps King Mambo sent out an expedition to explore the oceans, but the expedition remained in Merlopia, and their children became hybrids of Merlopians and Serpentine.
Me and my brother only watched it until they defeated Garmadon and overlord the first time. That's because there was no synchronisation to our language and we didn't know English well at the time (And we didn't even know there are more seasons). Sadly now we have no time to watch it.
Quick theory Morro Could have been destined to be the green ninja but if you look closely at frame 5:41 then you will see that it is just a normal golden sword. So when Morro dies the role of green ninja could have been moved to Lloyd
Ninjago is a very good show but it proves the problem of adding to history before it’s completed Every single conflict in the show that is brought up in a new season is by some piece of history that’s was not written down or was discovered later but not mentioned as a possible threat and that makes some history in the show conflict time wise like the corruption of garmadon because in the original cut of season 1 it said it max garmadon evil very very quick
I kinda stopped watching Ninjago after Cartoon Network stopped regularly airing new episodes for season 6. Everything else after The Lego Ninjago Movie just doesn’t feel like Ninjago to me
I think you missed a great season, The Hunted. It adds to the lore and the current story really nicely while correcting some loopholes. It is also a lot darker and more grounded than any season before it (maybe except Possession). Like the others said, it is one of the best sections of Ninjago and you should try it if you have time for it.
Honestly crystallized should have ended with Lloyd regaining his golden power and using his obi power to completely destroy the over lord by making himself the new balance
I wond rather see Loyed use the Oni power and Gold fusion Dragon to stop the Overlord just like the opposite of first fight when Loyed use Golden power to stop the Overlord
That was "supposedly" what happened in an early draft. After seeing garmadon "actually" die. Lloyd loses it, goes full oni & wipes the overlord out of existence. Becoming lost in his oni form and taking the overlord's throne, ensuring balance. Some sources say that nya (still a sea goddess) would make her return to snap Lloyd out of it. But I think that was an alleged leak, & we know how this community can be with leaks
We know that Humans and Serpentine populated Ninjago after the FSM created it. They could have been created by him or brought from other realms. The residents of Shintaro could be evolved humans, their skin bleaching due to the altitude, or they could be another species the FSM created/relocated along with the Geckles and Munce. So many different types of animals are native to Ninjago, it is unlikely that the FSM created all of them, but there were multiple types of travel between the realms, so somebody else could have introduced the species at the request or behind the back of the FSM.
Yea I think they added so much random lore after the Hands of Time when they should have been properly developing the characters of the Elemental Masters. They were introduced in the Chen season and just forgotten 🤷🏻♀️
Dude, that ending part where the Ninja are all split up for YEARS and acriss the merged realm, helpibg people alone and slowly finding one another is so sad. Love to see that the Overlord made a comeback and created his own Sinister Six lol
If we want to get technical Lloyd didn’t give the ninja his power kinda from later lore the ninja(except Zane) always had the power since birth because nya didn’t need a power up from llyod neither did the other elemental masters so all Lloyd’s power did was awaken their already dormant powers yes llyod lost his power over the elements but this only strengthened and awakened the ninjas so to be correct llyod only awakened the ninjas power
Possesion was start of peak Ninjago, and the peak kept going with Skybound (not for everyone but it is a really good season), Day Of The Departed (which was great even for Morro alone), Sons of Garmadon (which had a heartbreaking ending) and then The Hunted (which was straight up perfection). You should try those too, if you have time.

Slight correction. The lightening did not burn and disfigure Garmadon. Garmadon and Wu were both part Oni and the venom from the great devourer began to bring out Garmadon’s oni form. The spell cast that day by Wu banished Garmadon but it also caused him to completely revert into an oni.

My brother still makes fun of my overdramatic sad diary entries about my crush Zane dying from when I was like 12 😂 he doesn't understand that I just wanted to *be* Zane because he was cool though
Gta 6 ads be like:
Fun fact, morro's green ninja test was probably staged. The sword isn't the same that we see in the first seasons
The reason Morro wasn’t the green ninja is bc he cared to much about power kinda like Garmadon also it was a mistake animators confirmed.
This is so good I’ve watched thought two times
Imagine just how everyone in the studio reacted to the idea for Ninjago
I find it interesting how in this telling of the timeline, Lloyd is older than the other ninja.
I've got a new little friend who is really into Ninjago, so I'm here to learn about it.
I watched this as a kid when the final episode was after the Overlord/Garmadon was defeated the first time and haven’t seen it since. I had seen the Clutch Powers movie at the time and thought it was so cool they referenced him in the show I think around the time they were looking for the fang blades BUT I DIDNT KNOW HES ACTUALLY IN IT???
Nice vid
LOVE the show
Holy. I watched a ton of Ninjago when I was younger, and have watched the majority of the seasons. However, I really did NOT know like 80% of what you said outside of what happened in some seasons- in all fairness, I was for most of it younger than 10, but still... anyways yeah I needed this
The Mail man aint here 💀
I like the effort you put to narrate the story
I remember when this show used to be on tv 😢
I didn't know Ninjago continued after Loyd defeated his father and turned him good
Slight correction. The lightening did not burn and disfigure Garmadon. Garmadon and Wu were both part Oni and the venom from the great devourer began to bring out Garmadon’s oni form. The spell cast that day by Wu banished Garmadon but it also caused him to completely revert into an oni.
11:44 this is when the show actually starts 😂
there are some minor details + how they got there, like why kid Lyod decied to release the blue serperntine + destiny bounty
Unironically this series has so many parallels with naruto. Awesome
Wait no way, I use to love watching the clutch powers movie, I stopped watching ninjago around the beginning of the oni era so I didn't know that CLUTCH POWERS WAS IN NINJAGO!
i am just rewatching the show, i am about to start season 5 now, but i’m also watching the new seasons for the first time, i just finished prime empire. it’s cool.
lovely acting skills
The way he's reading off the script sounds like that one kid that gets called on in class that reads in run on sentences 😭😭
Talk about Macguffins, dear lord there must be fifty something or others of power
As a serpentine fan, back in the day they were first released, im so happy to find out they're good guys now
What did I just watch. I remember them "defeating" the overlord when I was kid, building some Lego sets and that being that. I'm a whole ass adult now and it's still going?
This would've been good if I didn't already watch every single season to just know the lore
Nadakan would have never been trapped in the pot because of Jay's wish since the pirate guy would have never found the bottle to trap Nadakan after Jay's wish.
i absolutley can relate to the description
This is absurd! Awesome
Yo clutch powers is in ninjago that takes me way back 🤯
Long before time had a name, Ninjago was created by the first Spinjitzu master by using the four weapons of Spinjitzu, The Scythe Of Quakes, The Nun-Chucks Of Lightning, The Shurikens Of Ice, The Sword Of Fire. Weapons so strong, noone could handle all of their power at once, When he passed away his sons swore to protect them bit the oldest was consumed by darkness and wanted to posses them. A Battle between brothers broke out but the oldest was struck down and banished to the underworld, peace returned and the younger brother hid the weapons but knowing his older brother's ambition for power, he placed a guardian to rotect them, and for fear from his own demise a map for an honest man to hide, that honest man was your father and the older brother is lord Garmadon and i need to find those weapons before he does
was not expecting a Clutch Powers cameo ngl
19:42 you forgot to add that it was revealed that she was alive because the crystal king/overlord found her and resurrected her
Great how they added Clutch Powers as a cameo
