Wow. what a cloudless blue sky. The kites looked just perfect in that breeze. Grouping and training the Cuttlefish together makes a splendid show. Always impressed by Peter's unique Dart.
I told you you should come up here for some good weather, Carl! We've had quite a few good days now, although a hard frost yesterday, followed of course by blue sky and very little wind.

The cuttlefish would look good for Halloween. The parrot kites get me in the mood for (my) sunny, Summer days ahead.

Yes, that's certainly true, and luckily the wind picked up as the afternoon went on. We get a lot of windless or near-windless days at this time of year, and it's a matter of luck whether we can fly or not.
I love the giant cuttlefish kites. They look so innocent and raw. Love the music too. It reminds me of tunes I heard in the 1960's. Peter is very innovative. I love to watch his self-made kites.
I will be travelling to Taiwan with wife and son tomorrow, the 29th. Will be posting some SG or Thai videos while there. Cheers!
I think I said that the cuttlefish came from China, but actually the first two that I bought came from Passion Kites in Singapore. I bought a few items from there, long ago, and I see they are still in business so I guess kites are still flown locally. I haven't seen a kite video from Singapore for a long time, however.

I was going to go fly my bucket tail squid at Pismo last time. Its on the list for the next time out. Good choice of music too, Jim.
Music's always a problem, Glenn, as you know. At least 95% of CZcams's audio library is rubbish, and trying to find an acceptable piece that hasn't been used too often is sometimes very time-consuming.

Sheryl, it's called "Calor Blanco" and is in the CZcams free audio library. Yes, Peter makes some very good kites.
