Cinnamon rolls are a great move for the bun. I usually make some french toast mixture and dip the insides of my brioche burger buns in it and let em sit on the griddle like that to make like a faux french toast bun for a breakfast burger!

ok, the only thing I can think of that would make such a gorgeous breakfast smash is to sub a crispy smashed corned beef hash patty for the hashbrowns and breakfast sausage. Using pretzel buns buttered and toasted on the grill to wrap around the runny yolk egg, cbh patty and of course, cheese .... i'm in love with your smashes and dreaming up my own
I was thinking about a breakfast smash burger, but with a mixture of ground sausage and chorizo for the patty topped with a fried egg, and the cheese melted over the gg with 2 hashbrowns as the bun.
I knew u would do a breakfast smash, I thought u would incorporate chorizo!!!! Looks amazing none the less, as does everything u do!!!!

I've been on a salmon burger kick lately. I get them from the store but I think its just ground up raw salmon mixed with mozzarella cheese and red peppers with mayo as a binder. Would love to see a smash version of it!
I’m sure it’s pretty good but why do other foods have to become the “iconic burger” or whatever to become good enough to eat? Or do you enjoy the convenience of it? Being able to have fish as a meal but in a more simple preparation? It may be easier for you to find an “easy” salmon dish that is far more delicious than any salmon burger but also is just as simple to make as a salmon burger is. To me, the amazing flakey texture of salmon is ruined by having it on a bun all ground up but I can see the convenience of it if you’re just trying to have more fish in your diet.
Smash month needs to become a nationally recognized month every year!

I am going grocery shopping tomorrow, will definitely pick up me some of those cinnamon rounds and sausages, and make this breakfast smash burger! Looks so good. oh yeah, make some hashbrowns too, of course. Love me some crispy hashbrowns.
Made it, loved it. Used frozen hashbrowns, so it was hard to get that super great crisp layer. That mistake will not be made again, but this sandwich will be. The sauce really put it over the top!

Sam you've made carne asada several times. You should make carne guisada and use pork. Every video on CZcams uses beef and that's fine but you could be the ambassador of tender pieces of pork served in a spicy gravy stew. Make this come true.

I would have personally spread the icing onto the rolls (like mayo) to give it that sweet and savory taste. Yum!
