    Sir I have arch back like when I lay down my back hurt bt when I fold my legs then it's calm so how to rectify the arch in our back while sleeping so it don't hurt us

    If you’ve got forward head AND lordosis of cervical neck is it ok to do retractions/chin tucks? Earnest question

      Having those findings doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t do a cervical retraction exercise. That decision must be based on your symptoms and how your body responds to the movement.
