It really doesn't make sense for every single officer to memorize every single law in the country, especially ones that they will probably never come across through their career. Most cops have never been in this situation before and in this case it was probably his first. It makes 100% sense for the cops to pull him over for not having a plate, even to just check that the car wasn't stolen.
      That being said the cop was very respectful and apologized for pulling him over. Even mentioned he let their traffic unit know so he wouldn't get pulled over constantly.

      Let's look at it from the cops perspective.
      The cop is out of his vehicle walking over, and this super fast, unidentifiable vehicle starts to role forwards, a knock on the car is totally within reason.
      A moving vehicle is not only a danger to the cop. Without knowing who's in the vehicle, your first thought would be he's about to do a runner.
      The cop didn't let his power get to his head. And maintained a high level of respectable professionalism throughout the video.

      I didnt see a problem with him knocking on the car or touching it, he was just trying to grab his attention and it was most likely out of instinct to do that. He didnt think "oh shit he is peeling off, what should I do? Do I knock it or should I not? " he just did it instinctively

Its like your saying what you need to do but you put it in question form. Also, extend your hands above the steering wheel so they can see them. He was highly respectful and polite to the officer. Now I'm not going to say that bad cops don't exist because that would be a lie. Cops are just people doing a job like any other job. You have bad cashiers, bad doctors, or whatever.

      You need to realize the police are always trying to impound these kind of cars so being polite he gets to keep his car, otherwise the cops could be a dick and find some fine print to impound the car then if he doesn't get it back they will make money on a police auction later on. This is one way the cops make money.

    It’s Vancouver, they’re not used to Arab plates. In LA there are a lot of Arab plates from UAE, Qatar, Kuwait etc. I’ve also seen a few in Miami from Qatar.

    Just curious what model of lamborghini it is. Are you able to ship the car without to much prep or does it have to be drained of fuel and other liquids.
