This feels freat during dry fire, i plan on trying it out aoon on a range day. Also it fits in Safariland holsters.
I was about to ask , Thanks for sharing. For Safari-land holster do I need to do any modification to it ? ( Heat blower etc ) thanks

Great review! Been considering one of these for a while now.
Thanks so much, really appreciated! Makes a difference on the range!
I'm looking forward to your G43X compatible version. I have one for G27 & G30.
Got one for my 19. Really want another for my 43x!!!!!! You guys gotta make it!
working on it 👍
A lot of haters in the comments here. I recently purchased the Canik Rival thumb rest and was so happy with it that I bought the Glock one for my PSA Dagger.
I'm still not 100% sold on it for carry because thumb rests just naturally get in the way of weapon light buttons (the button is still fully accessible and is not obstructed in any way. I just can't push my thumb straight down anymore. I have to go underneath the ledge) but the build quality and function is top notch for such a small company.
Some holsters work, some don't. It is small enough that it rides in the channel created for your holster attachment so if your holster has a "T" shape on the back, you should be good to go.
Thanks!
Nice job, TY.
thank you very much for good review.
Thanks, really appreciated!
This is awesome, gunna order one for my g26, are you guy's planning on making one for the FN 545?
No plans at this time, but may change once we catch up with the current development schedule. Thanks
really does work great.. only con is you need a tool to disassemble. this would work best for a competition gun to me not so much for duty gun
I'll let you know, I plan on running on my duty gun. I also always have a tool on me, so it's not too big of a deal
Thanks so much! Understand the comment and hope the following helps with considering duty usage. This works perfectly with Safariland 69XX series duty holsters and is built to be duty rated. Since handguns are used at social distances, consider that one wouldn't have time to field strip a pistol during an encounter, (like replacing a battery on a red dot), since ever needing to work on a stripped pistol under duress would already be a catastrophic issue of parts/spring replacement or squib obstruction. Any clearing of the pistol is going to simply involve racking the slide if there is any ammo related feeding issues. If taking the pistol apart is needed, one could back the pin out with pocket keys in the field and slightly pull it clear of the channel, adding only a couple seconds to disassembly. This is typically done when cleaning and inspecting the pistol. The advantages it provides surpass the need to expedite complete disassembly. Hope this helps when looking at this one additional step regarding the anti-rotation stop. Helps to have every advantage when really needed.
@@aligntactical for thoes that are not going to use a specific Kydex duty holster.. you can use a heat gun slightly warming up the holster insert the firearm for a perfect Fit and save extra expenses.. I have done this with your product it works . Also Consider that most people are not going to do a field strip or a cleaning during any encounter .. why would they??... and squib loads / feeding issues Tap rack the slide if need be insert another Magazine ... a Key or just about anything would work pushing out the pin but over time possibly marring up the polymer around the pin.. just be careful... trust me it takes more then a couple seconds by the time digging around for a key etc etc just saying... But over all it is a good product that works just some things to consider
@@InkwellFoto Not a big deal until you lose the tool... I just don't care for the idea of needing one/ for a simple break down of a firearm ..just boils down to personal preference.
@sentinel8711 You can never lose the "tool," you simply punch out the pin with anything. I've done it with lighters and handcuff keys. Sounds like you never took a Glock apart before
I wish someone would make one for the beretta apx models! The takedown lever could have served as a thumb rest or pedal if they wanted it to.
Will consider it, thanks
You guys shuld make one for the 3 pin models. California still only uses Gen 3 Glocks. And being able to disassemble your gun without tool would be nice.
It works for the Gen 3 Compacts like the 19 size. We're currently manufacturing all other models and should be released in late March. We've got you covered.

Will this work on my Gen 2 Model 21 .45acp. An answer would be greatly appreciated . Thank's!!!
Only the Gen5 model on the current part but compatibility will be there with the next part coming out. Thanks!
im confused by the bio, so does it work with Gen 5 G47 or no?
im a little slow
Seems a little annoying you need to partially remove it for disassembly but my biggest concerns is if it walks out more easily that the originally pin. Probably going to order one today.
You’ll be so cool
It is retained by the slide catch under spring tension in the trigger pin grooves. With the additional friction fit of the anti-rotation stop, we've never had one walk. Reviewers state it fixed that issue with their OEM pin. Takes 1 second to back it out with a key or any tool on hand, so not an issue when deciding to disassemble the pistol for cleaning. You'll love it.
Nice pedal 🤘🏽🥵
How is the long term durability in regard to Glock frame holes enlarging from recoil?
The trigger pin is the same spec as OEM and is pushed in by hand pressure, so no enlarging of the hole as it is rotational. Only pressure applied is within the disassembly channel from the anti-rotation stop and no visible difference after thousands of rounds fired in normal use.
Need a gen 3 or 4 video. Pins thumb rest does not want to move after installing
Generation usage is the same. Gen 3 and 4 have a deeper groove, so if there are any burrs on the factory slide stop, which are stamped, then it can require a bit more force the first few times but should smooth out quickly. Recommend using the glock punch tool and lift up on the slide stop when pushing the pin out. Thanks
will this fir on a glock 43x MOS?
Seen that it said all generations, but i didnt see the 43x included in the line.
lists the exception of the slimline, so excludes the 43X at this time.

Great idea but now I can't use my holster
Same as adding a weapons light, laser, suppressor-height sights, optics, comp, or any other enhancement. Otherwise, we recommend one of the compatible Holster manufacturers we are working with on our website product page.

No thanks, the one thing that attracted me to Glock were the clean smooth surfaces..
It’s a joke like extended slide and mag releases.
No worries, some may prioritize the concealed carry profile over performance. For Tactical applications like LE/Mil running Safariland duty 63XX series holsters or USPSA Competition shooters however, this makes a difference in faster follow-up shots. This is where extended controls make a difference. Others are willing to carry IWB if it already fits in many of their existing holsters as to not affect the draw and get the best of both worlds.
Called a gas pedal
Unbeknownst to most, "Gas Pedal" is actually a licensed trademark from GRIP HOLDINGS, LLC for the last 15 years (otherwise known as. Go Guns USA) for their products and has been playfully, but incorrectly applied to all Thumb Rests, which is the generic term. The Gas Pedal reference was used by some shooters before 2009 and believed to have been since the 1980's but is no longer applicable today unless talking about a very specific brand after they claimed it for their private use.
now go buy a new holster...
Same as adding a new weapons light or other add on. There are some existing holsters that fit, such as the Safariland 63XX series if in LE/Mil, otherwise check the 21 other popular Holster Manufacturers (with more to be announced)on the website. overpriced asf
If one needs this device for a proper grip, the initial firearms training was seriously flawed. I do not recommend this at all.
While this can certainly be used as an efficient training index for new shooters in establishing a high-thumbs forward grip, this is geared for high speed shooting as our thumb rests are heavily used by top tier USPSA GMs, special forces operators with our M17 version, SWAT/SRT, Law Enforcement in Safariland 63XX series, and anyone else who finds additional grip control a benefit when their lives are on the line vs. a crutch or unmanly, to also include stippling, traction tape, silicon carbide grip enhancements, undercutting the trigger guard, accelerator cuts, or even running an optic. Most of HK's Shooting Team are running our products, Sig Academy instructors, and the Grand Master winner of the 2022 USPSA Nationals Bill Drill competition runs our Thumb Rests on custom Grayguns Sig P320s. Our top shooter, Lockwood is able to draw and get 5 shots on target in under a second with our products. It simply increases surface area where it is needed most on the support hand which has the least contact with the pistol. May want to try it and may like it.
We have been training a ton of new and experienced weapons owners and like the gas pedal, we DO recommend from what we HAVE seen by users. LEO and fellow mil are providng great feedback as USERS (less than 1% have had unproductive feedback, tho theyve aorted out mist cincerns by the end of training). Good thing those CHOOSING to purchase/employ have freewill and choice.
We will be doing reviews on these from multiple users who train with us...and we are NOT associated nor do we receive ANY access to these thru discount or otherwise. We simply see who has them or plans on using them in our instruction modules. I think we see more who DESIRE THEM on full sized tools, and course micros.
Support good companies who earn their place. IF a product fails you, discuss with them rather than mindlessly spewing opinions driven by emotions and inexperience.
