I don't think she's teaching the squat in the wrong away , actually using a box it's pretty useful for beginners , the only thing I don't get, why is she so super-excited ?

A lot of people on here thinking they know the right way to teach the squat loooooooooool. One thing I've learned through myself and training others is different strokes for different folks and there is no definitive way of how you should teach someone the squat. Stop talking like you know better than the next person in the fitness industry.....YOU DON'T! Know one does, that's the truth.

jairo acosta Bullshit! I've seen people at my regular gym who can't even squat anything near that level and yet they put 100kg on the bar! They go down 5mm and that's it and feel bad ass about it.

@short boldie you sir are intitled to your own fucking opinion! Of course those people are out there! What do you expect

jairo acosta clearly she has never squatted, or at least never squatted correctly. I wouldn't even define this as "Amateur". You can see where her leverages fail, she probably has insanely tight hips, hamstrings, and quads; perhaps even damage near her SI joints...(etc). I think if you take that into count, her "squat" really wasn't that terrible, she kept her back relatively straight in retrospect of her tailbone and the rest of her spine which leads to a natural tight core (a good thing). I think you're very to quick to judge, and I'd love to see your squat! :)

Blah blah blah. Save me the Intellectual babel bullshit. I said what I said and I stand by it. It's my opinion and everyone is entitled to one so spare me characteristic statements because those were not opinions.

You've said now twice "everyone has their own opinions" ...which is what I stated? You're correct where I stated "intellectual babel bullshit"..which was solid evidence, but I ended with an opinion; which happens to go against yours! :) I'm sorry you're offended I don't think like you! - Take care.

I hate it when coaches are really condescending like she was just then, she was just way too smiley and fake, everyone's an adult there, just be normal. Plus, I really don't feel like she taught anything at all, from what we saw. Bit of a pointless video in my opinion.
