- Constraining the environment makes sense, but when you lack the requisite ankle ROM to drive the knees forward and maintain an upright torso, you will end up solving the problem by creating another hip joint (see video above for explanation). #Stripperbutt is not an effective strategy over the long haul.

so I have limited range in my ankles. Hips stiff AF. Can't do a squat without falling backwards. Where to start?
Anywhere I think is the honest answer. Just pick one and work on it. Personally, I started with the couch stretch every day for like 2 months and my hips improved vastly.
