Looks like she's using a lot of back in her lifts. You can tell by watching the hips and shoulders at the start of the lift. If the shoulders rise at a faster rate than the hips, it's usually an indicator that they're pulling with their back rather than pushing with their legs. Could also be that she's doing a straight leg deadlift though.
