The key moment in the 2007 season came when all the Giants approached Tom Coughlin and told him they didn't want to rest against Patriots in the final game of the season. Even though it was a close loss, all the sports commenters bash the Giants for not resting. However, it was the confidence boost and momentum got from the Patriots loss that spurred through the Giants to their miracle playoff run and Super Bowl win.

Those Patriots were 15-0 and chasing history at the end of that ‘07season. It was right and proper that the Giants didn’t lay down and just let the Patriots have it. They made Tom and company earn that 16-0 record and then made them pay (for their arrogance) six weeks later. After that week 17 tilt, the 12-point spread was simply absurd.

Great list, personally think you missed the 15-1 Vikings losing to the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC championship 1997 if you're gonna add a Vikings game. The Purple People eaters were great, but their cold home field gave them too much of a regular season advantage, and when the super bowl rolled around in a warmer city, they never could pull through (see their three other super bowl losses for other examples). The 97 team though was great from top to bottom on both sides and was absolutely not expected to lose that game. Just look up how many kicks Gary Anderson made that year for the Vikes, and how many he made in that game.

Fast forward to this year's Titans vs. Ravens playoff rematch, I'm certain Tucker missed that field goal just to spite the fans that unfairly blamed him for last year, especially with their refusal to even respond when asked why.

No mention of the 2013 seahawks in the SB vs the broncos? They were supposed to get blown out by (at the time) the greatest offense in league history.

An upset we can’t forget about is when Big Ben and the 6th seeded Steelers defeated Peyton Manning and the top seeded Colts, which who eventually became Super Bowl champs

No Jags over broncos in the 1996 divisional playoffs? Surely on the outside looking in.
Though tbh, I don't have a problem with any on the list here with the exception of #1. I know the Pats were undefeated entering that game but the giants had played em hard in a 1 score game to close out that season, a game that didn't matter to the giants outside of "prevent a 16-0 season".
That game was a huge momentum builder for the giants though. And I'm a huge proponent of momentum: Few things can surge teams to the super bowl like getting hot at JUST the right time. And that momentum helped will them to the super bowl, where their defense harassed the patriots all game.
Do I think its a big upset? Yea. Do I think its the biggest on any list? No way.

The 2011 Giants beat the Patriots the regular season to get to 6-2. Eli led them to a last second comeback in that mid-season tussle. It was a sign of things to come.
They had a rough patch after that, losing the next four to fall to .500 before getting their swag back. After the losing streak, they won seven of eight, including another win over the TB12 and the Pats. The reason I mention it is that many of us, myself included, actually picked the G-men to beat those 15-1 Packers. A lot of us weren’t that surprised.

This must be a script typed into a program for the commentary. The way Unitas and some other names that are WIDELY known and how to pronounce were voiced in a way that would be a program reading it back.
The way it's spelled vs how it's pronounced was the way it was being read for the commentary for some of the tricky names.

No doubt the number one biggest upset was dead on right. The Giants beating the Patriots in my opinion was bigger than the Jets beating Baltimore in Super Bowl 3.
