In order to install a ventless gas fireplace, you must hire a professional so that there is no danger to you or your family. They are designed to burn cleanly without the use of an exhaust. The installation and costs of a ventless gas fireplace are relatively cheaper than normal fireplaces.

Removed a section in my camper where the entertainment area is and installed. Works great. Instead of propane furnace heat, I can use this czcams.com/users/postUgkxATHBlMJwipGgVWseuAFKvDQ_5R4_lywo to heat the camper as long as it's hooked up to shore power. Only thing I do not like is there does not seem to be a thermostat. I'm presuming it has a built-in one so it does not overheat. Really like all the other color options it has to offer.
which one is the best
what is the burn rate for the pro com ? in other words if you connect it to a 1 gallon propane tank how long would it burn on low/med/high in hours ? this will help to tell us how long a 500 gallon tank should last , so forget about things like well.... it depends on temp/insulation . if you can tell us this, we can adjust for things like that
I have the burner, logs, and the steel box but the mantle/wood cabinet it was in got tore up. Do you know where I could get something like that so I could put the insert in and start using it?
Butane or propane?
why not a tiny 1 inch vent? just in case the gas valve fails. we've had 1 in basement burning in winter/ years
Question. The examples of white mantels shown with Duluth Forge FDF300T insert are very pretty. Do you know who makes them? The second example with the curve above the insert is just gorgeous. I would like to get that model of ventless fireplace with the mantel also.
Nice review but none of these models are available on Amazon.
Ventless propane in my opinion is downright dangerous. It gives me a busting headache. I hate ventless propane.
That is why it is call the "Dr. Kevorkian " method of heating

Don't get the Ashland from Lowes just returned it lol pilot would not stay lit and customer servicr sucker at hearth and dynamic, I live near you south shore. Looks like Walmart can deliver the pleasant hearth one for 530
I have QNSD250T model, it puts out plenty of heat, my problem is I light the pilot it runs for a few hours and than goes out and will not reignite it self. Have to do it manually each time. Does anyone have any knowledge why it will not keep pilot light going so it will reinlite itself. I don’t trust leaving it going if I leave the house. I have no owners manual to trouble shoot. I’ve tried to get manual but can’t get anyone to answer their phone or email me back. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I do not have this model. What I do know is, if the flame goes out, your room has run out of oxygen to keep the flame going. You have to have an airflow from somewhere to keep the flame going. When using gas a cracked window may be necessary to keep flame going. Most recently built homes are air tight, so electric heating is best. Older homes are airy and gas works best in those homes.
