I made this last night and it was a huge hit for both grown ups and small kiddos. It was easy to make, not a lot of room for mistakes and not too many utensils used (yay!). This will be on out regular rotation. Great paired with some veggies on the side-- we did buttered garlicky green beans. 👍

I made this yesterday and I have to tell you it was one of the tastiest recipes I’ve made in a long while. That is saying a lot since I am always trying new things. My only change was I used whole wheat orzo and onion powder since I was out of onions.

I forgot to buy chicken so I used shrimp and smoked sausage. It's all about the sauce with this dish. Needless to say there were no leftovers. Thanks Ms Laura.
