What frustrates me is that there are certain people who think fruits and veg will magically wash down all the unhealthy food. How can someone eat 30,000 calories and then think “it’s fine there are strawberries”
Exactly this also just blows my mind. It’s like no u can’t just eat an entire McDonalds meal and eat a banana and say wow I ate healthy today. Now to me how I do it is I eat healthy a lot expect for one day a month I allow myself to have one unhealthy food and that’s it. What also got me is. How did this lady not throw up from eating that much salt and sugar and grease but as well as eating 30,000 calories worth of food. That’s wayyyyyyyyyy past the RDA.

But I have a bad habit of eating while cooking -_- my boyfriend and I were making veggie burgers from scratch, but it took awhile. So I ate some pudding lol. Then I could barely eat my dinner. So..gotta end that shit.

5 donuts followed by a seven egg omelette with a cup and a half of cheese, 2 peppers, 2 onions, a pack of bacon, 5 potatoes, 4 corndogs dipped in nacho cheese, a full size bag of crisps, , 3 ham cheese mayo tomato cucumber avocado crouton bacon bit ranch sandwiches, one large pepperoni pizza, 2 bowls of ice cream with caramel and whipped cream, some eminems, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a box of mac and cheese, 3 bananas, a 6 avocado guacamole, another full size bag of crisps, 10 fish tacos with rice and beans, a whole box of honey buns, a whole box of hot pocket loaded potatoes, a bag of pepperoni, a gallon of sweet tea and 6 candy bars.
Oh yeah and a couple of strawberries.
