Sorry about the off topic comment, but I really have to get an answer from you since your way more experienced than me, and because Google won’t give me an appropriate answer. Will doing intermittent fasting ruin your metabolism? If so, if I want to do intermittent fasting, will I have to work out to keep my high metabolism?

Mine is: wash only with water, some basic facial cream, move those muscles, try no to squish face while sleeping, and leave your face be... Leave that thing alone, it is fine

The irony of face taping is that it stretches your skin to make it look even older over time.

The anti-aging movement just gives me "just sit and be pretty" vibes. AN ABSOLUTE ICK🤮
Yes. Be a porcelain doll on the shelf is definitely the vibe much of the time.
i feel like everyone focusing on aging just make you 1, miss out on the now and 2. cause stress that is unnecessary and cause you to speed up the aging process
Edit:Thank you for the 680 likes👍
No.2 is definitely a thing. Imagine being so stressed about something it's going to (hopefully) inevitably happen to literally everyone lol. The only thing that can stop the ageing process are the telomeres in our chromosomes, but guess what? When telomeres stop working, the cells become cancer cells, so... Yeah. Let's all thank our beloved telomeres! 😂

I am 45 yo & at the age of 40 I received a liver transplant that saved my life. The older I get, the luckier I feel. Aging isn’t a curse, we should all be so lucky as the alternative is much, much worse.

Love stories like this ❤
I’m so sorry you had to go through that, but I’m glad you’re okay now much love 🙏🏻💞♥️
I’m 37, and a dear friend of mine died recently of cancer. His lament was that he’d never get to become his older self. Taught me that growing older truly is a gift.
When I turned 23 I had a breakdown feeling like I had lost my youth but after hearing from people 30 and up, I became more excited to grow old. What most people don't realize is that getting older is a huge privilege. You can literally die at any moment before experiencing all the wonderful things this world has to offer. Do you really want to die knowing that you wasted that time worrying about impossible standards instead of doing the things you love?
I hope I'm lucky enough to grow old because I really don't want to die yet.
23!?
@@thewatcheronthewalls4809 I guess she meant like teen years being missed out on
Love this and I completely relate ❤
I just turned 24 and I don't feel like I've lost my youth, honestly I still feel super young
I feel like teens and young adults think 30 is way older than it really is, to the point where they see the late 20s as old like 😐 the reality is you can barely tell difference between the average 25y and like the average 33y
This is morality. Humans age, but people and even young kids are getting brainwashed into thinking that getting old is bad, when it’s so normal. People nowadays forget that 30 is still a young age and people of that age are now being targeted that marrying, starting your study, getting your drivers license, moving out of your parents house is all ‘too late’… this generation is ruining the values and norms :(
As someone who checks all those boxes (at 27) I get that all the time. When people ask I have to explain:
1. why I live with my parents (they cant afford a place by themselves)
2. why I dont drive even if my bf and I have a car (I have a fear of driving)
3. why I havent graduated from university (had to work to help my parents after high school, I also switched majors late)
4. havent gotten married to my bf of 7 years (I dont want to get married)
Thats just how my life has been and I shouldnt be ashamed of not reaching the expected goals others have.
How is it this generations fault when its older people who create these systems and market it to this generation to sell more garbage?
@@carolinatorres7575 im proud of you! good luck ♡
@@carolinatorres7575 I am happy you explained your life like this!! I am proud of you for not being ashamed, because of course you really shouldn’t be ashamed of such things like this. I do recommend to marry, because it’s much better and protects your relationship. You really don’t have to do a wedding if it’s too much, but signing papers atleast confirms that your together and protected!! You don’t have to take my advice, but it’s really more than a recommend :)
@@kelliezeeso are you accountable for your generation’s wrong doings? The older generation didn’t do anything but be born and have to work a job. Kids just complain and offer no solutions. You want to be seen as an individual while you have this blanket category for the over 30 population. That’s your ego. Literally the same, just born later. Learn!
This trend is growing not only due to fixation on appearance...it's also because our culture is obsessed with youth. Therefore, there are tangible benefits to looking younger aside from appearance. You are less likely to suffer from age-based discrimination, people give you the benefit of the doubt, people are more likely to be nice and helpful if you have a young, fresh-faced appearance.
I don't blame people for buying into it. Considering the way in which older people are treated, no wonder people (especially women) are scared of looking old. It's not the wrinkles, it's the societal bullshit that comes along with them.
This!
I'm gonna be real I'm ginger with VERY sensitive skin when it comes to the sun so I always had to put on sunscreen whenever I go outside from March till about mid October and I'm assuming because of it I look 15 (according to other people) even though I'm about to turn 19 and along with my voice permenantly sounding like a 10 year old girl (apparently according to my therapist it's because of shit I've gone through growing up) I agree people are much much more willing to be helpful and are much nicer to me!! People tend to trust me way more easily and say very good things about me like that I'm very sweet and very good even though they don't even know basic things about me other than my name 😭...though people tend to not care about my opinions and ideas as much and it gets really frustrating, especially when I know I have the solution to a problem but they don't listen :(
@@Eurobeat_fan Thank you for sharing! I do think that how old someone looks is largely determined by the facial structure and features. Sunscreen helps prevent fine lines and keep skin supple, but it won't make you look younger by itself.
For example, someone with a naturally rounder and chubbier face will look younger for longer than someone with very strong, sharp features.
Either way, your experience shows that there really is a downside. It's desirable to look young, but it also means that people may not take you seriously and be patronising when you're making valid points.
Sigh...sometimes I feel like women in general can't win. We have to be pretty but not too pretty, otherwise people will think we are shallow. We must do our hair and make up to be seen as 'taking care of ourselves'...but not too much otherwise we are self-obssessed and dumb. We must look young...but not too young otherwise we won't be taken seriously. As we age we must maintain a youthful appearance...but not make it too obvious if we have had any treatments or plastic surgery, otherwise it's seen as gross or unnatural. It's exhausting.
I'm only 13 but this trend has made so self conscious 😭
Don't worry about
As a 16y/o I feel you, but the WORST way to age yourself is to be unhappy with who you are, be stressed (school, toxic friendships, overworking yourself, etc.) and just generally not take care of yourself in every aspect. Being happy, regardless of how many wrinkles you have, will ultimately make you look the youngest when you're older
Out the crazed tiktok bubble try to remember this. An old person has wrinkles that map and practically show who they are. If they are a lovely cheerful person they have extensive smile lines and crinkles around the eyes that look so cheerful. If they are grumpy are angry all the time they have frown lines between the eyes and around the mouth. People can't escape wrinkles and aging forever. What you can do is choose what you want to look like by choosing who you want to be. I hope that helps.
As a nursing student studying gerontology, you don’t need to worry about this because nothing will stop you from aging.
Same and I’m just 18🥲
To be all honest, I'm turning 20 this year and I've noticed the finest smile lines on the outer corners of my eyes. And I fell in love. I've laughed so much that all the happiness is now slowly beginning to be permanent on my skin, and I find that quite magical🧸
This is the most precious thing Ive read in A WHILE🥲❤ I lovet it. Thank you for sharing!
that's a very smart way and this is something i'll remember till my old age
TikTok is such an insufferable app I feel it has done nothing but set us back and made people more insecure than ever?
it only gave people a platform to say what they really think
@@catd8929 Yes. People will speak their minds there because (due to algorithm stuff) there will always be someone else on the app who agrees with you. And this can harm those who are easily persuaded into agreeing with something without thinking critically about it :')
The algorithm is straight up dangerous
This is why I don’t like posting on it not going on it
The best anti aging routine is moving your body in healthy ways so you can put off the severe pains that come with getting older
When I turned 25, I was gifted an anti-aging cosmetic kit by my aunt. I thought "WTF??" to myself, but thanked her anyways and gave it to someone else. Ain't nobody got time for that 😆
Good for u sis🤍🤍
She did you a favour. 25 is the recommended age of when you should start using anti aging products, it's also when you start to gradually lose collagen.
@@maralavellan7863 what's wrong of aging normally? also i hope you don't actually believe those creams are doing anything
@yeah brave sound Tell me you know nothing about skincare without telling me you know nothing about skincare, lol. Your skin is your body's largest organ. Why wouldn't you want to take proper care of it? Ageing gracefully with care is ageing normally. Not caring about your skin and getting premature signs of ageing is what's abnormal and undesired.
@@maralavellan7863 if you get ,,signs of premature aging" without using anti-aging products, isn't that just aging naturally?🤔
Seeing the children doing anti aging is… it’s so hard to see. I feel so sorry for these children.
I find it strange that not moving your face muscles is called out as being good for having no wrinkles. But smiling with your face is also good for your mental health.
and what's more beautiful than a smile on a face?
@@amelie4905 true a smile is the most beautiful thing 💕
I have a better idea than the anti wrinkle straw: drink from the glass instead of just using a straw lol
Wait until they find out they're inevitably going to age too lmao
And the fact that women care about aging more than men tells alot about society...
and older men are even considered more good-looking and more desirable
@@user-yg8kq6sd5h i really don’t understand who thinks like that?I don’t know anyone who likes or finds older men attractive.I only see that online
@@jjjiiddppeew1810 Usually, at least when in media, older men are able to supply an efficient means of income and stability for they would be likely far more stable and set in their life. So to a single person whom also may be in a struggle that seems alike an ideal partner. Also, since men aren't given as much scrutiny when in aging the fact that they too age often gets overlooked.
@@jjjiiddppeew1810 I'd add to the comment before me that there is this stigma of girls/women always being more mature than boys/men their age, therefore the older the man, the more mature he is. This maturity could also be seen from a stability in relationship point of view since older men are more likely to have a desire for settling down instead of effing around. (NOT my opinion, just a social stigma)
this generation gets sadder every single day that passes by
Honestly the thought that I have to limit my literal HUMAN EXPERIENCE in order to hopefully avoid looking my age in the future is so terrifying to me. Like is all of this worth the trouble? To look “better”? Or put off the unavoidable as much as possible? It is SO disgusting how we are made to feel fear of our bodies changing
This!!
That lady saying Anne Hathaway looks so young because of how she utilizes her facial muscles... she's an actress of course she uses them a lot??? What???
Right I think it’s more likely that she stays out of the sun
@@CremeBrulee543 That and she probably just is overall a not very stressed person. She always seems quite happy, and happiness is really what keeps you young.
True. I also think that since she has some money, she get good facials and massages to relax after a long shooting day. I can imagine she uses her money in ways that makes her life easier and stress free so she can focus on her career rather than stressing.
Everyone wants to be 25. Take a break from social media, y'all. I promise there are better things out there.
My great grandmother fled from Preußen (today located in Poland) to Germany, as to escape the second world war and her horrible living conditions. She can still vividly remember the refugees she had to live in; packed full with people to the extent they couldn't move while sleeping.
She found a life, had a little farm and later married. She gave birth to a son and a daughter - the daughter later gave birth to three sons, the son became an international developer of the telecommunication network. Her daughter became a nurse after her children became adults.
All through that, my grandmother stayed back at her house, handled her farm all alone after her husband died at his job. If a family member hasn't got a roof over their heads for some reason, they can live with her. Even though her big sister is constantly ill and suffers from a heavy depression, she visits her as often as possible. Whenever she has reason to, she invites us all to eat lunch or dinner with her, because she loves seeing us full and happy. If somebody has something to celebrate, she'll bake the most beautiful cakes no matter if she got asked to or not.
Every single wrinkle of hers is earned, and none of them make her look any less beautiful, caring and warm as she is.
Her wrinkles show that she has lived.
Well, that was a long way of saying "Don't be afraid of aging, it just shows that you've been through life for an impressively long time"
I am a Gen X and I have to say, anti-aging will accelerate your aging when you focus on it. Let your skin breath, relax and have fun in your 20s and 30s.. by 40s you won't care for it most of the time.. I got ID to go to a movie theater & still no wrinkles in my forehead or on my neck and my eyes. Take it easy people, you will be okay 🥰

no bcz yk its mad when my own peers are worrying about aging and have already started using anti aging creams AT 15?!
This feels so insane… like, is it „self care“ if it’s just to be perceived as physically beautiful by a society that is brainwashed by capitalism?? Thank you for this video and spreading awareness 🙏
Beauty is universally sought out and coveted, and has been for all time. It's not 'cApItAlIsM', it's human nature. Fear of aging stems from fear of DYING. That's why. So if anything, we need to begin discussing *death* and its meaning to us, what comes after, etc. Ya know, spiritual things. Which everyone ignores.. because it's difficult and not cut and dry... and something something religion is by default evil.
@@IceQueen975 appeal to nature fallacy haha
Exactly. What DOES feel like self care to me is things like brushing my teeth, dry brushing or giving myself a message with a dry oil or lotion. Literally any of them. It's the act touch and spending the time to say I love you to my body.
Them: how do you stay looking so young??
Me with chronic RBF: 🗿✨
I have some grey hair, and I don´t feel like covering them anytime soon. You have no idea how many people in a different context (in the gym, while I´m doing grocery, in random stores) have stopped me to ask why I don´t paint my hair. I´m 30 and I look 30, and I´m ok with that. I have never been stronger and healthy as I am right now but my signals of ageing makes people really uncomfortable.
Tiktok isn't for kids anymore... It's crazy how different my childhood was when compared to the childhood of current kids I see online. How did just 5-10 years difference changed SO many things???
I'm from Italy and aging is always been seen as a bad thing in my country... My grandmother after the war in 1950 was already putting a bunch of different natural oils on her skin to prevent aging, I actually believe that back in the days, before plastic surgery, women were even more scared of aging because once you had your wrinkles there was nothing you could do about it.
The difference is that now with social media we see everyone talk about it because of the viral hashtag #antiaging but at the end of the day it's a topic that is always been talked about throughout the different methods of communication we used through the years, before it was magazines, then radio, tv and now tik tok.
I'm so happy to see how much your channel has grown. Your videos are always amazing, and it's so refreshing what you go over with the beauty industry for real!
As someone's who's been able to eat well, sleep well and work out for years: I still have dark undereye bags, fine lines and grey hair "too early for my age". So don't beat yourself up for aging, it's natural, it's genetic, and you're still beautiful and worthy of love
The queen speaking the truth as usual!
I'll never get over ageing being seen as negative, as if it's not a privilege to grow old. Some people don't get the chance to.
I want to slow my aging not because I'm afraid to die, I'm afraid of not being beautiful.
That's the whole point of this
Old age and our elders are beautiful and important! One reason I love British cinema so much is that the actors and actresses are allowed to be real people. Smile lines are one of our most beautiful features!
Growing up as low income has made me realize so much about consumerism and the world in general. Although I have financial insecurities and money blocks because of the lack of money during childhood, I'm still thankful for that experience.
I don't find myself wasting money on crap. I research the shit out of everything before I buy it because I wanna know what I spend my money on and what exactly goes on my face, body, and hair.
The past four years of my life have been life changing in many areas and I've developed some fine lines and got quite the few grey hairs. I can't expect my body to stay the same as it was when I was in my early 20s. I don't blame my genetics or the way I chose to live my current life because I've always said to myself that I live the best I can in the given moment with the knowledge I had at the time. So I look a little older. Maybe it's because I'm a little wiser. As time goes on, I'll care even less about anti-aging.
I think hearing my mom talk about her aged skin so negatively also impacts my self esteem. I tell her she looks beautiful. She doesn't believe me. Society is scared shitless of aging and yet it's one of the most natural things that happens to us.
Just get a good sunscreen, moisturizer, exfoliater, cleanser, double cleanser, and vaseline for the undereyes. Do a mask once on a while. Choose products that work for YOUR SKINTYPE and any major concerns.
And the number one thing for anti-aging stress less and be happy!
That "anti aging straw" is usually used for people with disabilities. Also, the wrong thought is thinking that beauty only belongs to the youngest.
I feel as though the people who are scared of aging are people who have parents that didn't age well.
My mother is 50 and she still gets mistaken to be in her 30s, so I am not scared of aging and actually excited because my dad has snow white hair at 52. His hair would have been fully white by 35 but he kept dying it obsessively and he only recently just started to embrace his snow white hair.
Now I'm excited and don't wanna dye my hair at all so those white strands can come in quicker.
Fighting the aging process will only make you age quicker or look young in an uncanny and creepy way
Yeah, I wish this was more of a focus on a slow graceful aging process encouraging people to look after their health holistically. Many things that make you look "younger" are related to having healthier bodies or skin. I do understand people twitching about it as a topic though because if someone doesn't take care of themselves they do tend to look older. I think that is something that gets mixed up interchangeably.
@@LotusesGalaxyOcean Agree. Genetics are the #1 factor on how you age. Sun exposure second. Health (overarchingly) is 3rd.
It's really an important topic
Thanks Zoe, please keep going 🙂
Your videos like this one make me think twice before looking at someone who is old, they are already living their lives, they're aging, they're gaining more experience in life, having fun because feeling younger isn't the same as being younger.
We all feel young, when we play with kids even though we are 18, we feel young when we get our favourite mael which was made by mom, we feel it really when we try so many times even if we failed 20 times without giving up on our lives, that's young the same as Hope.
But our physical existence is getting older and that's not bad thing, that's pretty cool.
I feel bad for people who feel that aging is "ugly". It's usually because society and/or people around them are freaking out about aging and doing everything in their power to stop it.
aging is a priveledge and i will love and cherish every wrinkle that happens to be on my body that keeps me alive and allows me to dance and run and listen to music and be happy. while i love self care in the form of nutrition and movement, fighting against aging is just running from the unavoidable and its just sad so many people are scared of it.
Yes!!!! Yes and yess!
I had an exhausting day so I'm even more excited about this video
Thanks
Hi Zoe, can you please do more solo trip vlogs? I really enjoyed the last one you made. I love the vidoes you're making now that are encouraging me and others to not follow what we see on the internet but if it's no problem for you I'd love to see more solo trip vlogs🤗❤️
Great video, I've never been too occupied with the idea of aging but as am approaching my 28th birthday and see all those people freaking out once they turn 25 and calling themselves old... It does play with your mind a bit 😭😭 But trying to chase unrealistic beauty standards is a losing battle and in the end of the day being healthy is all that matters 🤞
I’m a big proponent of wearing sunscreen… and properly fitted wide brim hats. My mom practically worshipped the sun and she’s had some precancerous moles removed from her back, ear lobes and calves. I’m constantly worried and I’m always checking my mom’s skin and reminding her to show her doctor. Aging with your health intact is a privilege.
Este es el tipo de mensaje que verdaderamente merece viralizarse, gracias:)))
I literally turned 20 a week ago today and I had a major breakdown over the fact that I am no longer a teen and I hated how I was getting “old”… the anti-aging industry sucks :P
Everyone just wear your spf 50 and use 0.025 % tretinoin for the rest of ur life and ya golden 🤩👍🏻
I just use my ice roller, face cleanse, raw shea butter to Moisturize (along with facial massage) then sunscreen 😅 also eating lots of fruit and veggies, multivitamin (omega and B-12) 😅
I love everything about your videos, the topics you choose and how you present your thoughts and research in a clear, easy to understand way, and the vibe you have that you pass on through your content with how you narrate. Keep up the awesome work 👍
I want more eye wrinkles as I get older. Smile lines for the win! My face is the replica of every laugh I had with loved ones or even alone. Let them all see that I laughed sooooo many times it literally made indents on my skin.
what is most funny is that woman that are obcessed with this look older bc of the treatments
Great video! I heard someone say recently “aging is a privilege!” Its true, it is! Humans 150 years ago died by 40! Let’s be proud and thankful we CAN live long lives ffs!
Young people should get in the habit of wearing sunscreen and moisturizer because they’re good for your skin. If they want an occasional at-home fun “spa day” with sister/Mum/Auntie, then cool. But pushing extensive(and expensive!) regimens is just setting them up for warped relationships with their body, appearance, self-esteem, and products in general. I’m almost 40 & I mostly had self-esteem issues from kids in school & a little from Facebook later in uni. I can’t imagine being a TikTok teenager.
I hate this trend. I am a literally a child (11) and have forehead wrinkles.
I love how real and transparent u are when it comes to these topics
really liked how insightful this video was
Death anxiety and fear of the unknown has, for centuries, made people do absolutely bonkers sht. We're just seeing it on a wider scale now because of accessibility and visibility in social media. We have lost touch with the blessing of aging and dying, when it should be respected.
Was literally going to post something similar in regards to this conversation , love your take on it Zoe💕
"over-using" the muscles in ur face? BABE- WHAT ARE THEY THERE FOR
The best anti aging is simply die young
So glad I´ve found out your channel, you deserve 1million subscribers 🤗🤍
İ feel unlucky to not being in a world aspecially as a woman that aging is not a monster but a natural part of life and that is a beautiful sign of that you LİVE
I loved the video!
Is it just bothering me that the “no facial expression so you remain young looking” woman is literally having Botox so she anyway can’t have any normal facial expressions??
I love aging and maturing. I know I'm living a happy and well rounded life. I use retinol products because I have oily skin and get acne. But honestly couldn't care less about wrinkles etc. Look at my smile lines. LOOK AT THEM!!!
I remember people pushing eye cream when I was a teen, 20 years ago. And it's only gotten more aggressive.
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS SOOO MUCH THANK YOU 💗💗💗💗💗
Hello Zoe, I love your videos, you have a really great personality
Thankyou for existing! That's more than enough everyone :3
Reminder to love yourself :3
Here in Russia.. it's even more severe
U just CAN'T be 25+..aka ' old' lol
Ppl are getting delusional
And if you aren‘t at least married and planning to have children by 24 it‘s too late for you, your life is over…
@@stellaw3682 totally 😂
The society's pressure is solid
@@stellaw3682 but then if you’re a mom you’re lame and out of it and old anyway so then what is acceptable then?
I feel like when it comes to physical appearance we will aaaaalways find something «negative» and feel pressured to do something about it…
I have the opposite problem, I look younger than my age because of the consequences of an ED and trust me it is hurtful to be treated as a 14 y.o when you’re a young adult trying to to have a life outside from your illness. I would love to look my age. Humans will always find a way to find something wrong about our bodies :)
I love your personality and the videos you put out, thank you for the content.
Would you consider doing more what you eat in a day as well? I loved the ideas of meals with whole foods you put out in your videos. ❤️
perfectly said!
Not that mom literally dermarolling her literal 1 year old?!
Whenever people complain about aging, I always think of Claudia trying to cut her hair in Interview with a Vampire, and she can't because it just grows back immediately, because she's a vampire and is stuck as a child - foreverrrrrrr. It's just an immature trend that pays way too much focus on celebrity and somehow marketing youth over substance/self. It's not as relevant now considering generations that grew up watching vids will continue to watch vids and likely never grow out of it to the point where people can't still find a market despite their age. Just the makeup/health care industry finding yet another way to get people to part with their money - by obsessive compulsive consumerism.
Omg I love your video and the facts that you show
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Zoe, I'm not your normal subscriber (I am following you on my art channel not my ideas channel), but I am impressed by how much insight you have on what I consider very serious issues in our era. One thing I've been thinking about for a long time is how we live our lives against Time, as if Time were an enemy. This got started quite along time ago, the seeds are in the Renaissance, but now much of how we live is a fight the effects of Time. And anti-aging is obviously the wave of the future. The mind boggles to think of Gen Z approaching old age. It looks like they won't even be able to accept 30 years old. The imitation of the photo, the video, the image is crucial here. If Time is nothing but a hindrance, then everything and everyone becomes like a static and stagnant photograph. You provide much of the sad proof of what I have been predicting since the 90s. Thanks. And stay sane.
i recently gave up on skincare products and conditioner. i realised it just made more complex problems, and it made my skin feel icky and glue-like. i don’t plan on switching back. i like it this way, with my pores and bumps and spots and wrinkles.
Hi! I just started following you and I really love your energy and the style of your videos. The topics are super interesting and I think only through being extremely sarcastic, I am able to actually watch these tiktoks and weird trends. Keep it up!
Omg I’ve never seen that taping thing in my life and 🤯 i love what you covered but I think this was a missed opportunity to delve deeper into sexual desirability and age -and the implications of what this means for very young kids to be concerned with this.
we love the sirens every vid 😭
I have an anti-aging tip. It's called a sustainable healthy diet and regular exercise.
Hellooo Zoee!!!! I love u and your videos smmmmmm💕💕💕💕💕
firstttt
love you zoeee😭💗
such a stupid expensive waste of time that we are conditioned into buying into
"It Is a FEAR-BASED market" Gave me the chillzzzzzz🥶
I love eye wrinkles, i call them happy wrinkles.
One of my best friends have happy wrinkles and they’re seriously so cute i love the way they smile you can tell whenever they’re really happy and it’s awesome (:
Just want ur skincare guides and routines .
I don’t wanna age gracefully I wanna age awkwardly .

Face taping is awesome because you don’t need to spend much and it works. I don’t use it but my thin skin girls it makes a difference.
Heyy zoe … i am from India and this is the first time i am so early 😅 wishing your reading this so…
Love you content and love you ❤
As a Gen-Xer it’s honestly alienating how fixated many very young women are with anti-aging products & regimens… Anyone who has ever been through hellish life situations like women like me have - e.g. prolonged periods of physical battery, chronic hunger while working low-wage survival jobs, working vehicular & street homelessness, loss of income that plunged me into poverty, housing insecurity - this crap ages you a lot inside & out and to reward people for having enough discretionary income and sufficient stress-free living to follow these lifestyles separates these ‘influencer’ physical perfectionists from the day-to-day realities regular struggling people…
Edit: This is a very thoughtful video essay btw ❤️
0:14 very unrelated, but this is my new catch phrase.
