@@Eddiea2024 Thunder sounds are already in, lightning will come later. For rain you need a CSP preview version.

I have very similar specs as you, but I can’t find anyone else with csp settings for the 40 series cards. Could you release your csp settings?
Go by what some use with a 3080/3090 or 3080ti/3090ti and incrementally increase settings from there. Easiest way to find out.
Use Shuto or LAC with traffic as a barometer. Two of the most intensive options in AC and will be a worst case scenario.
I have a 1050 ti is this sufficient?
Am i the only one that with pure on night i have like zero ambient lights? (Like in the srp map all the lamps don't do lights and it's very ugly to see)
for the lights to work you have to manually install the track files in ac root folder instead of regular drag and drop content manager. once you manually install the things it should work

@@Dani.... most of the non modded tracks have little to zero lights. The sky would also stay dead black. I think the new version of pure should take care of the dead black sky as the op showed in vid. Btw there is a way to enhance the little lights which actually do make a lot of difference through csp or maybe sol configure option in game. Increasing light intensity and ambience light should help a little. You would have to fiddle around a bit to find good settings took me a while as well 😅

dumb question: will my pure ever "break" if i dont update it ? yes supporting the patreon isnt that expensive but should i resub just for an update?
Your pure or csp preview will not break if you unsub. They will stay as they are as long as there is no other app or mod or whatever no longer supports it or you want always latest update.
nope youre good. not unless theres some big changes to csp and even then it should still all work with the older csp versions

the only downside to highres skydomes is it ABSOLUTELY TANKS FPS in VR..
Actually it shouldn't have any influence on FPS. Did you try the 4k Pure pack and is it better with this. We tested FPS in VR and skydomes quality has now influence.

Yeah I was using sky but I might switch back to pure with these exposure settings added
