- Hello and welcome back to the tribe,
my fellow tribesmen I discovered a fun online racing, drifting and time attack platform for Assetto Corsa recently. May be some of you already discovered it and tried it out, but this was rather new for me. The platform is called World Sim Series, I am not affiliated with them, I just discovered them while searching for new mods in Facebook groups.

I joined WSS a few months ago but not actually joined any races. Every race I look at has around 2/3 people racing. I think it needs promoting more to get more people competitively racing.
WSS is definitely a way to go for AC racing. RealPenalty is already implemented what helps a lot. Someone already mentioned that some events are with very low number of drivers but that's mostly due to too much organizers and events (some of them really "spam" with events). Our community is focused on F1 and our weekly events had always between 20-30 drivers what is quite nice. Thumbs up for WSS!
This video came out at the perfect time for me! I was looking for something new and multiplayer options(free mostly😅) and this helps a lot🎉🎉

I'm 100% agree with you! Wss is the best way to drive online in ac. A premium account is not needed to have fun but is worth it. With premium you can create your own online series with cars and tracks you prefer. Last year I created a Ford Transit Fun event, and each race was full of good players. Many people liked this little 20 races fun series! Furthermore you can send mod advices to wss. I did it and new cars was added in the wss database. You have to know, that not every mod, you like is in the database of wss, but there is a huge variety of tracks and cars present. The coolest thing is there are many long time timeattacks and fun events like the Lada drift in snow! Thats really funny. And if you want you can create your own racing team incl. Team rating. The rating system is really cool and maybe better then in iracing. You got rating points when you finished in front of higher rated players and so your rating increases. There is no safety rating visible. But you can get inc. Points in race. Inc points don't influence your performance rating but if you get to much per race you can be disqualified. Races are mostly clear. When you see some crashkidz you can report it on wss team. You only need a record of the problem. Contentmanager/replay function helps. ;-) wss team support is very good and you answered fast to all of your questions. I can recommend it!
They also organize 6,12 and 24 hour races with live commentary!

Thanks for showing this. I signed up last night and everything works smooth but sadly most races/drift/fun lobbies have 0 or if your lucky 2-3 people. More people need to sign up
it's due to spamming with events. There are serious organizers with great series and nice number of people racing every day/week. Just do some research of organizers and I'm sure you will find good series for yourself. I'm mainly on Formula racing and it's been a good experience so far.

You can also win a premium membership if you win a series or if you manage to be in the top 3 distance driven stats! WSS is definately the best platform to race. The rating system is well designed too . I love WSS ❤️
