That’s amazing gains, would love something like that on mine.
I've just recently had this kit installed by my mechanic. 752nm of torque. It really takes off when the boost comes on. Being a low mounted twin turbo it smokes a bit. Hopefully that will clear up when it's been in for a while. Definitely lowers the front with the extra weight.
only considering this for better fuel economy, how much better is it than a standard ss?

@@james771 Still nothing yet. I am looking into several options now since I cannot find a package. Looking at LF4s or similar. I could easily swap the drive train for an LS and Tremec but I am trying to keep my AWD. The other issue is trying to find a good AWD transmission. The 6L50 wont hold much over 450 bhp. Do you know of any other options?

...wooow.... that is impressive and the torque graph is really showing a lot for just a standard engine... nothing is done to that motor exept twin turbo kit and she is spitting 324 kw.... GO ALLOYJET
vortec super charger gets those numbers. about 5k and they were made for these engines
Are these lfx v6 motors a good motor and do they have timing chain problems
they are a good engine!
The LLT engine has timing chain problems, the lfx was an updated version.
What does LFX mean ?? And how its different from regular 3.6 V6 is it better than that?
It’s the engine Holden put into 2012 VE 3.6L and All of the VF’s 3.6L. It’s the engine with a single exhaust outlet manifold on each side rather than 3 on each side.. due to integrated headers
And yes, it fixed the timing chain issue and performs much much better than older 3.6L. Extra 10-20rwkw’s usually.
you can get those numbers with a vortec super charger for about 5k. might do my homework and see whats better value
Vortech supercharger actually is around 8-10k as a kit, not including the tune and install.
Look for another brand kit.
Imagine spending so much money on a twin turbo kit just too not see them when u pop the hood or hear them smh
